This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and sits in the heart of Napeague with easy walking access to the beach just two blocks away. The home has 3 bedrooms/2 baths/ office with day bed. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed. It has sliding doors to a private deck. There is a twin day bed in the office room. Kitchen, living room, fireplace all on first floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each having 2 twin beds. There is a large TV sitting area with a bar space upstairs as well. Spacious outdoor decks on both upper and lower levels, as well as the deck off the back of the house. Washer/Dryer available in basement. It's just a short drive to both Montauk and East Hampton. Internet, cable, electric and garbage pick up are included.
