Between the lake and the beach this rare property hidden in Gulf Pines, a beach community in between Sandestin and Hidden Dunes, is this a newly furnished vacation home. Fantastic setting and a great gated beach access and pavilion for use by Gulf Pines owners and guests only. Walking or Golf cart to the beach access. Right by the Silver Sands outlet mall, amazing restaurants, and entertainment. This is the perfect spot for your back vacation. 3-4 minute walk to private neighborhood beach. 2 Bikes provided.

Family-friendly neighborhood with nearby private beach access.

Great home for a large family and our dog. Clean, well-maintained older home within a small Sandestin neighborhood. Perfect if you want a 30-A beach without the 30-A crowd.

Great location, would stay again

Next best thing to being on the beach - the pictures of the yard don't do it justice! This house was perfect for our two couple and dogs, but if you need to use the bunk room I think it's important to know you can only access it going through the other bedrooms, this isn't made clear in the description. The house isn't new by any means, but it was clean, well equipped, and had new and comfy furniture/beds.

Great beach area

Over all really good, minus the room that have 3 beds which need access from other 2 rooms, so it's not really good should have clear that in the listing. Nice beach and neighbor.
