This 3 bedroom/2 bath, freshly renovated home sits on a very secluded 3/4 of an acre level lot and boasts a retreat like getaway! FISHING DOCK, with stairs for easy access to fish or play in the river when the water is down (check TVA schedule for water release, water rises rapidly). Prime trout fishing location, with a FISH TRAP (v-shaped rock dam) located in the river directly in front of the property. Fish stocking taking place right up the river makes this a fisherman's dream! Bullfrog 5 person hot tub and covered gazebo perfect for warming up after a dip in the river. GRILL OUT and dine by the river on this home's large COVERED porch. CANOE and two KAYAKS provided for trips down the river (use at your own risk). FIRE PIT for your enjoyment, just feet away from the Toccoa River! 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, shopping and restaurants.
