PICK's RIVERSIDE RETREAT - Située au cœur de la zone d’aventure d’Aska, sur la rivière Toccoa, cette cabane est située juste en face de la forêt nationale de Chattahoochee, où vous êtes entouré de la meilleure des choses. La cabine est décorée avec goût avec un motif de pêche tout au long. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et une chambre en mezzanine offre une couchage supplémentaire avec deux lits jumeaux. Profitez d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale et d'un lit queen size dans la deuxième chambre. Si vous avez des groupes ou une famille avec enfants dans la deuxième chambre, il y a aussi un lit de repos pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Une courte promenade dans l'allée de la cabane vous amène à 225 pieds de façade de rivière privée où vous pourrez trout pêcher, nager ou même descendre la rivière en tube sans jamais avoir à quitter la zone de cabane. Il y a aussi un belvédère avec une table de pique-nique et des chaises fournis où vous pourrez déguster un repas spécial juste au bord de la rivière. Profitez du Firepit. Après une journée de divertissement au bord d’une rivière, vous pouvez profiter d’un feu de cheminée et faire griller des guimauves, ou vous faire s’mores en écoutant le son de la rivière. Beautiful Cabin

Beautiful cabin! My only complaint is that we were overcharged for having more than 4 guests even tho the cabin had 3 bedrooms and specifically says it sleeps 6 to 8 and we only had 5 guests.

Good Morning and Thank you for staying with us. I will again explain that we have our cabins set for a base rate for up to 4 guest because we have cabins that will sleep 12-15 but if you come with 2 couples you don't want to pay the complete rate for that many people that would make the rates a lot more for you so you had 6 guest and you paid $10.00 per person per night which made you pay $20.00 for those 2 people to stay that is $60.00 for them to stay 3 nights and if we had charged you the full rate for 8 people you would have paid $120.00 for that many more guest which would be the base rate the owner would want all the time. It seems the most fair way so couples which we have a Lot can stay for a less nightly rate and there is more wear and tear on the owners homes when you have more people everytime. I know its hard for you to understand but you have to own one of these homes to fully understand that as to the expenses they have to keep them open for people to stay. Beds are like sleeping on cement. Bugs everywhere but manager had it cleaned after calling. Bring a bed topper to save your hips & back!!!Most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on.

Breathtaking view

Such a fantastic getaway for the family. Our kids (tech-aholics, can't leave there video games), spent 90% of their time outside, it was refreshing to see. The property is close to town, which we highly recommend visiting. Can't wait to come back!

Great weekend getaway

This was an awesome weekend getaway for my friend annual girls trip. Beautiful views and easy to get down to the water to relax. We’ve stayed in previous cabins that were a little scary and didn’t feel that was with this one. The rental company sent great communication and we had everything we needed for check in before check in time which was great due to spotty service in the mountains. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

What a beautiful place. Serine and peaceful!

The cabin was beautiful and the decor was absolutely stunning. My only complaint was the master bed mattress needs a topper or to be replaced….. it’s not comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again in the future. The outdoor accommodations were fantastic. The view is out of this world!

Mountain life by the creek

Happy Thanksgiving. What a great week with family enjoying the outdoors, fishing, campfires or just playing some tag football in the grassy area. Great time to be disconnected and enjoy the mountain fresh air. Yes there is WiFi, but we didn't use it much, and the cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Thank you Neveah cabins.

Quick getaway!

The location was beautiful! The cabin itself was okay but I would not stay there again. The cabin has a terrible musty smell and dust is horrible. The mattresses are absolutely worn out and need to be replaced. We have been coming to Blue Ridge for years, its one of our favorite places!

Hi Tammie, Homes that are on the River do have those musky smells especially when they are closed up a few days but Picks is so busy there is hardly a time that it is closed up as people love to stay there. We are sorry their mattress seemed bad to you they are actually not very old but it's hard to have mattresses that everyone is happy with. Have a Great Day! and Thank you for staying with us. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a long weekend in Blue ridge and stayed at Picks Riverside Retreat. The cabin was located right across the street (a small gravel road) from the river. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the deck was gorgeous and the small screened in building with picnic table and deck on the river was so peaceful and relaxing. I feel potential renters should be warned about the driveway ( very steep and not much room for turnaround- would be impossible for a large vehicle) The ladies of Nevaeh rentals were kind, professional and very helpful in recommending local places to eat. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Unfortunate choice

We dont usually write less than good reviews after a staying on a property, but this house had several major issues. The location and scenery were spectacular, but please be aware of these major issues: - The day of entering the house was extremely hot at a temperature of 80F, very uncomfortable if arriving late since sleeping on this heat is an issue with little ones. -The beds were so old and uncomfortable we ALL developed major lower back pains that severely limited our activities during our stay. -The bedding and towels smelled musty and humid, and felt very harsh, the smell was the worse, like they had not been properly washed. -The overall cleanliness of the house was very poor, with heavy dust and old dirt below beds, ceiling, corners etc. - One of the grilling gas tanks was empty upon arrival, and the second ran out after grilling just once so we had to use alternative methods to cook on a pouring rain since we were unable to replace the tanks.For the price of this house we would have expected at least clean and odorless towels and bedding sheets, as well as properly filled gas tanks. Overall wont recommend

A nice vacation

We had a nice stay. The host is very responsive with communication and the check-in/check-out process was easy. You can tell the host has done this more than a few times, as they have very detailed communication for everything. I gave it four stars instead of five for a few reasons. We lost power three separate times during our six day stay, and the longest it was out was close to 24 hours. Because of that, we lost a lot of our food we had purchased and the kiddos did get a little restless once when they just wanted to chill and watch some tv. Other properties close by had home generators as backups and I think that would be a wise investment given the fact we lost power multiple times. Additionally, the hot tub never really worked, so that was unfortunate as well. Lastly, if you plan to do some cooking rather than eating out, I would recommend bringing your own chef knives. They have a lot of cooking ware all of which are fine, but the knives are insanely dull from overuse. Like, so dull they're dangerous. Other than that, we had a great stay. The property is beautiful and the price is fair. The river is amazing, and the firepit and screened-in porch right next to the river are very nice.

Happy with cabin/frustrated with next door construction

The cabin itself was nice, and the location to the river was perfect. The back deck has a nice view of the river, and you do feel secluded. The paved firepit area and large rocks that you can sit on in the river are a peaceful touch. I had some concerns when I arrived, that the mgmt company addressed right away. Beds and couches/recliners were comfortable and made it easy to rest. The cabin and property really are beautiful. The driveway can be a little tricky to maneuver due to it being steep and not really much space to turn around at the top if you have a larger vehicle. My only complaint is I wish I would have known about the construction. We live in an area where construction is constant and my husband and I have high stress jobs, have a child recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, and have been taking care of a loved one going through cancer treatment. We needed a quiet get away. We were really looking forward to some peace on the river and some time fishing, but next door construction went on from 730/8am to around 5pm everyday we were there, Saturday/Sunday/Monday (Memorial Day). There was constant noise that we think scared off the trout. I know this is not the owner's fault and there is no ability to control-but it really did impact our time there. I would rate 4-5 stars overall not including the noise from the loud construction workers blasting their music and the noise from the construction itself over a weekend and holiday.

Great place to relax!

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The view was beautiful and we loved sitting down by the water. We tubed down the river one afternoon and it was so much fun. We also went to Lake Blue Ridge for a day and rented a boat. It was the best part of the trip! There are lots of comments about the driveway. It is no exaggeration that it is VERY steep and once you pull in it's really hard to turn around to get your car out of the driveway. We were prepared based on reviews and we baked into the driveway to make it easier to get out (it's a tight squeeze though!!!). There is room to park down near the river right in front of the house if you don't want to deal with the driveway. You do have to walk down the driveway to sit by the river. If you have anyone with mobility issues it would be difficult for them. Only two negatives: 1) as other reviews have said the beds are very hard and 2) After the third day the hot tub had a very musty smell. To the point that it took multiple washes to get the smell out of our bathing suits when we got home. We did not contact anyone about it. I'm sure management could have sent someone out to add more chlorine. Still a wonderful trip, great house, and we would definitely book it again!
