BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE-2ND FL BARN, SHORT BIKE OR WALK TO VILLAGE & BEACHES

This incredible property was completely re-built in 2014 over the footprint of the original Ludlow Grange Barn. Cool and contemporary, open and light, the interior offers high ceilings as well as incredible interior and exterior entertaining spaces. This massive cathedral ceiling space, accessed through a private exterior staircase is complete with one bedroom, gym, office, and living area. The U-shaped residence surrounds a striking English garden, with views of the beautifully landscaped pool. The heated gunite pool is a shared space with the residence below, but private and inviting, with grassy vistas on all sides. This property is located down a long driveway (approx 500 ft) and although located off Montauk highway, is extremely quiet and private. Bikes, surfboards and beach equipment can be provided.
