Great location and Backyard

The house is in a great location, lots of privacy and can avoid main roads/traffic. It has a great layout with a ton of skylights and windows; very airy and bright. Also has a great kitchen for cooking. I was surprised to be asked to wash linens and that it would be extra charge to heat the pool; however it makes sense based on the price compared to similar properties. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Sandi was also very lovely and accommodating.

Thanks so much for the kind words and for being such great guests. The only reason I ask you to do at least some of the linens is that some people do use every last sheet and every last towel and it takes the cleaning crew literally hours to do them all - more than the hours I leave between your departure and the following arrival. You were great and thanks for the help. the reason I do charge for propane is that some people do opt to keep the pool at 90 degrees and it is easy to run up fuel bills of over a thousand dollars a week on the cooler days. So this seems a fairer way to handle for all. Thanks again and hoping you do come back!.

Hidden gem with lots of privacy and a fabulous kitchen, pool, and deck!

House was very clean and spacious and the owner, Sandy, was very communicative and easy to work with. The kitchen was awesome- had every pot/pan/utensil you could ever want. We loved grilling out and having dinner at the large table on the deck. The pool was fabulous! Beds were comfortable. This property was very private. The location of the house is perfect, very centrally located to get anywhere in the Hamptons and even for a day of wine tasting in the North Fork. I would highly recommend this rental!
