The kitchen has all KitchenAid Black Stainless appliances, granite counters and all the spices and cooking supplies you could need.

There's a 65" Sony in the living area with YouTube TV and sound bar. Plenty of comfortable seating on two sectionals with blankets and a huge river rock wood burning fireplace. Firewood is supplied. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs and showers and they all have bidet toilets.

There's a king bed in the primary with a 55" TV. King room and queen bedroom in the downstairs and a bunk room (4 twin beds). All rooms have RL cotton bedding and RH bedding in bunk room). Also downstairs is a large room with sofas and a pool table, 46" TV, elliptical trainer and outside access to the Hotspring Grandee hot tub. The back steps have heat pads for easy tub access.

There's a level back yard with a sled hill in back for kids and dogs to play in the snow or on the grass. Driveway space for 2 vehicles. The deck has a BBQ, A trail at the end of the cul-de-sac winds through the woods to the North Tahoe State park (almost 2 miles) that has frisbee golf, sports fields and tennis courts. We also have an assortment of sleds.

It's a quick 10 minute drive to Northstar and usually no traffic than if coming in from the Truckee side. Diamond Peak is about 20 minutes away and it's usually less crowded than other resorts. Palisades is 30 minutes.
