Luxury Home in Beautiful South Lake Tahoe

The price is negotiable depends on the length of your stay . Huge 1-bedroom flat with 2 marble bathrooms, 2 Jacuzzis ( small and big), and nice carport. Entire house is furnished, including a queen sofa bed in the living room, hardwood floors, nice natural wood doors, natural pine walls, and huge windows around the whole property.

Location is also 2 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, 4 minutes from a local supermarket, and 2 minutes from the beach. Also 5 minutes from beautiful Marriott hotel, Marriott plaza, and all local attractions.. Same distance to gondola and large plaza with many shops and great restaurants. A few minutes to famous hiking trails taking you around the lake, beaches and forests, as well as a biking and walking trail going up to the mountains. A perfect escape for families and adventurers, where you can relax on the beach and go shopping, or explore the beautiful nature that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Tenants stay will pay for utilities.
