The greenbelt passes through lawns and gardens, past the BBQ pits and picnic tables, while offering magnificent ocean views. The condo was as described, clean, and convenient to all things in Poipu. Decently stocked and appointed. Biggest issue was noisy neighbors. Upstairs had loud kids that ran up and down the stairs and through the unit a lot. Next door seemed to have a family that lived there, or a very long term rental. They had young kids who were quite noisy, which is all well and good but the acoustics between units was poor.

Great rental

This location was great. The open floor plan, big kitchen and 2 bathrooms was perfect for my families stay. It’s also super close to the beach and other little shops.

Great place

We moved to this unit after staying in two larger units with our kids and grandkids. This was just perfect for two-four people. Easy walk to the beachs on the greenway. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and conveniently located

Our family stayed here for our first visit to Kauai. It was a great place to stay with Al the amenities we needed. Ghe property is located near many shops and restaurants and it’s a 5 minute and very beautiful walk to the beach. communication with the property owner was easy and they were very responsive.

Wonderful remodeled and updated condo. On the first floor next to the parking lot for easy load and unloading. Two walk-in showers with hand held shower wands, everything is on one level. Great for disabled people. Loved the beach decor! Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was heavenly. Large dining table to seat six people. Ten minute walk to the beach through the resort that is beautifully manicured. You do have a unit above you. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Would have liked snorkel gear or a boogie board. The owners are very easy to contact and converse with. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place.

The property is nice. Within walking distance to the beach, if beaching it is what you like. It is a fair distance from Lihue for any sight-seeing there or a good store for groceries. The condo was spacious and set up well. My only complaint is that the lanai overlooks the parking lot, and because it is on the first floor, not very private.

Poipu getaway

Spacious, modern condo in conveient, beautiful location. Condo complex was also beautiful and safe. We really appreciated the reserved parking right by the entrance. We only were 3 people, but you could very comfortably have 5 or 6 and still not feel crowded. Very nice stay!

Girls' Trip 2024!

Beginning in 2012, my friend & I have gone to Kauai every year for a "girls' trip." Leaving our husbands at home, we visit Kauai to hike some of Kauai's numerous and beautiful trails. This condo definitely rates as our favorite condo of all our visits. It was very clean, check-in and out were a breeze, the central AC worked great and the location is central to whatever activities you choose to participate in. We highly recommend it!!

Wonderful location, comfortable property!

Comfortable, well-equipped condo with easy check-in. Good location, easily accessible to the beach, stores and restaurants. We appreciated the new towels and sheets as well as the pool/beach towels, plentiful hangers and the provided coffee! The condo had a musty smell, perhaps because the A/C wasn't up to par. The beds are on the firm side and the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. Overall we loved Kauai, the Poipu area, and had a wonderful stay.

A Wonderful Getaway!

We had a great time at your place! It was beautifully decorated, clean and close to so many attractions. We loved the walking paths through the resort that lead us right down to Poipu Beach. It was so nice to be that close and not have to drive to get to a beach. The toys for our daughter were a bonus. The lack of air conditioning made it quite hot especially during the day but with the fans and the extra fans in the house, that helped a lot. The lanai was a great place to enjoy our meals and relax. We would stay here again!! Thank you!

Amber, We can't wait to welcome you back. Yes, the resort really is special with the lush gardens and the safe path down to The Grand Hyatt and in the opposite direction to Poipu Beach. So great for kids and adults alike! Glad you enjoyed the toys. The weather was clearly great for you in April, and we often put the fans to good use in July when we visit. We love having the windows open too (especially in the cooler morning) to take advantage of it being a corner unit and getting the island breeze through the condo. Perfect Poipu Location

We had an amazing stay at Emma & David's condo. It was clean, organized and quiet. The condo is stocked with everything from beach supplies to scooters and books. The condo was actually much larger than we anticipated, which made it a perfect size for four adults. The location was amazing as it was a short walk to the beach and easy driving location to everything in Poipu and Koloa. The property management company was excellent as well providing us with all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay. Overall, incredibly happy with our time there and would definitely recommend!

Bed room.

The stay was nice and the house bery beautiful. We have little bit time to find the room. We couldn't find the parking pass and we got a warning ticket. We Probably need more better direction for next time. Over all Everything was good, but for futures recommendations maybe the beds needs a better mattress. Thank you !

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We had a fantastic time at regency 114. The property itself is great with modern furnishings and great shutters and fans (ceiling and portable) to keep things comfortable even without a/c. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 3 year old, 10 month old) stayed for 2 weeks. This was our 7th trip to Kauai so we are familiar with the island. The location of this rental is perfect - pools on site and a short walk down a manicured path to Poipu beach park which is very kid friendly. The owners of this unit are very responsive and accommodating - this went a long way to ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay! The pool toys and big bin of logo were perfect for our kids to play with. I highly recommend this unit!

Thanks Heather for your review. So glad you liked the pool toys and Lego/Duplo. Our boys still love it all even though they're 10 and 7 now! In fact my 7 year old asked for more Duplo for the condo, so we'll likely add even more when we go this June! Come back anytime.

Beautiful condo great for family of 4

We had such a wonderful experience here. The condo was well decorated, fully stocked and super comfortable for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the lovely Poipu beach every morning and enjoyed the 2 pools in the afternoons with the kids. Every afternoon we enjoyed snacks or a cocktail on the lanai while the kids rested after a fun day in the sun. Details like a small stash of toys for the kids, snorkel gear and full cable to watch the Warriors games were a few added perks that we didn't expect. The owners were really attentive when we had a question about the property while staying there. They also provided us with a very thorough list of things to do while on the island including restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and things to do with the kids. Overall, an amazing stay and we would certainly return.
