Hard to find beach front cottage with shared private beach. Enjoy your coffee sitting on the front patio, offering non obstructed ocean views and the sounds of the waves. There is a patio table, chairs, and gas grill for all of your dining needs. For additional space, there is both a living room and sun room, the perfect spot to read a book and soak in the rays. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and wifi! Lovely kitchen, with dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Cute playground across the way, complete with a pirate ship! Enclosed outdoor shower to get rid of all the sand off your feet!

Fabulous beach getaway

Adorable, newly renovated beachfront home. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are really comfortable — isn’t that what really matters? The kitchen is very well appointed, with new appliances. The location is perfect — literally 10 step from the porch to the semi-private beach. Hope to go back year after year.
