Great beach studio!

Cheryl was amazing to coordinate early check in with. This is a perfect little condo to enjoy Rosemary, Alys, and surrounding beaches and areas. Great location. We really enjoyed and would come back.

Great studio close to beach

My daughter enjoyed our stay. The condo was cute clean and the walk to the beach wasn't too bad. We drove to drop off our chairs and then dropped the car off and walked back to the beach with our bags. The mattress was pretty hard but other than that it was great.

Walkable Condo w/ Pool Btwn Rosemary & Alys Beach! 6/29/25-6/30/25

The condo was exactly as pictured—very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. One thing to note is that storage space is limited; there is only one closet and very little room to keep suitcases or bags out in the living areas, which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the Murphy bed was quite squeaky, making it difficult to sleep undisturbed when one of us turned over.The location is beautiful, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy during our visit, which made walking less practical. Parking near the restaurants and shops was very limited. We found it easier to drive a bit farther to access parking lots and avoid getting caught in the rain.The pool was a great spot to relax in between rain showers. One additional tip for future guests: if you plan to visit the beach, be aware that chair rentals can be expensive. We paid about $125 total (including tax and tip) for a pair of chairs and an umbrella. In hindsight, we would have used the beach chairs provided at the condo had we known the rental costs in advance.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the condo’s cleanliness and location.

The condo was super clean and equipped with anything we could possibly need. The location is great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. And our host went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

Excellent Rental

We loved our stay. Second Nook was everything as described. We have stayed at the Inn at Seacrest several times and it is our favorite place. The studio was clean and had anything you would need to enjoy your stay.

Perfect location! Condo is ideal for two and is in pristine condition!

From booking the condo to having my questions answered while staying there, the owner was amazing to deal with! The condo is in an ideal location right on 30A which is historic! We will definitely be returning!

Fall Break

This was a great unit for a quick getaway with sisters. The place was well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies and more. It was clean and perfect for our stay.

Great little studio rental near the beach.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony with the very comfortable seating. It was so nice being so close to the beach and the other attractions around the area. The pool and hot tub were great to use when it was too cool or windy to go to the beach. You can park your car and just walk or ride the provided bikes to explore the area. The booklet the owner left was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to see around the area.

Perfect little studio for two

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Second Nook. It is the perfect space for two and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. The unit was very clean and Cheryl was quick to respond to any questions we had. I recommend utilizing the beach tram service as beach access is a pretty far walk when you have a lot of beach stuff to carry! We also appreciated having the bikes included for a quick ride in to Rosemary Beach. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Location

Great location to walk to shops in Seaside and market in Rosemary Beach. Property was clean and quiet. Large pool area was nice. This is a good value overall. Also close to Panama City Beach if you choose to visit. Highly recommend going to Inlet Beach. It’s a public beach that is very pretty with rolling sand dunes. Parking is plentiful and easy. NOT CROWDED. We spent the week there versus fighting for a spot with the beach chair companies in the designated beach access for this unit. Would stay in this unit again.

I arrived very late shortly after midnight last night and the room had not been cleaned.

Dirty towels and Sheets I have a photo of the towels in bathroom floor. It was to late to try and find another place, my co worker had to sleep on the mattress with no bedding! If it was earlier we would have called but it was after midnight! I expect a refund on my room.

Visited for a work trip. The place was perfect. I didn’t know where to find the bed clothes but found them by looking through drawers. Will be back.

Lovely retreat

Great place for two adults. Beautiful view of beach, but it was kind of far for a walk in the heat (although we did it-multiple times). Beach property was lovely; crowded, but no more than an average beach day in July. We will definitely look to return.

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

The Inn at Seacrest was just perfect for my adult daughter and me to get away for the weekend! It was appointed with everything you'd need (and more), and the Murphy bed is genius in terms of providing extra space and making the bed vanish during the day! We really enjoyed the view, the pool, and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. I will, however, echo what a couple of other reviewers said about making the super short drive to Inlet Beach vs finding a foot of beach at the Seacrest access area. We walked down the afternoon we arrived, took one look, and turned right back around. Just way too many people for our comfort level. Overall, a great location, away from the madding crowd of Rosemary, well kept, clean, easy to access. Highly recommend!
