New 32X32 dock with upper story sundeck and wonderful unblocked views across Bald Ridge Channel has been added this year. This home offers stunning sunsets year round from the house and full sunset views from the dock. No need to go on a sunset cruise as you can experience this from Lakeside Lodge. This south Lake Lanier location has a Lodge feel with a completely open floor plan. The updated Master Bedroom and Bath provide a spa like setting for relaxing and getting away from life's many stresses. The spacious open concept makes this home perfect for family and friend get togethers or long staycations. The fire pit is also a must have for making samaras and nights looking at the moon and stars reflected in the water of Lake Lanier.
Hi speed internet is available. Fabulous screened in porch across the entire back of the home on the terrace level provides ultimate relaxation. Kayaks are available as well as various sizes of life jackets for kayak use.
Half slip in new dock or side mooring is available for your boat. Circular drive has ample parking for guests as well as boat trailer if needed.

Family Time

We’ve been vacationing on lake Lanier for the past 6 years and this was our favorite stay! The home was clean, perfect set up for families, steps from the lake. Owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Perfect

Can't say enough about this listing. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous view on the lake. Perfect spot for our small intimate family Thanksgiving. So many cozy spots to relax and kick back. Everything we needed was there and accessible. Our host Belinda was wonderful for the entire process. Restaurants and shopping nearby for all our needs. This is definitely one of my favorites.

Amazing Family Vacation!!!

Look no further, this property is amazing! Our family of 8 stayed for a week and couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was so spacious and well equipped. Our kids spent hours a day jumping off the dock and swimming. The location in a cove makes the water calm and very clear. The extra, covered boat slip was perfect for our rental boat. Belinda is a great host. Very communicative and helpful.

Peaceful Family Getaway.

Belinda is amazing to work with. Very accommodating. The house is pristine and gorgeous. The new double decker dock makes the both days and evenings a blast. This was our second time staying here…and will not be the last!!!

Relaxing Getaway

This lake house was the perfect getaway for our family of four with extra room to spare. It was peaceful and the sunsets were beautiful. The house was very clean and very accommodating with having everything we needed. We enjoyed Ping-Pong tournaments along with other games provided. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone and would love to return someday.

Everything went really easy, communication was done via our son (Cumming citizen) as our IPhones did not always had service (German provider). Property manager was not necessary. A really beautiful spot the house itself and the environment a little paradise.

Family Visit

We live on Lake Lanier and needed additional housing for family visiting from North Carolina and California. The home was perfect! Better than advertised and we will stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

Break from baseball

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Lake between our 2 baseball tournament! The home is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, sunsets on the deck, ping pong and relaxing on the many comfortable spots around the house. The home is well cared for and nicely decorated and there is lots of space for more than one family. It was our first Lake vacation and we would love to come back!

Lovely home in perfect location.

I can only say that the total experience was wonderful. Beautiful fully equipped home and property for all of our needs. Teenagers loved the ping pong table, roasting marshmalllows in the pit, games, swings, swimming and kayaking in the lake and more. Adults loved atmosphere and beautiful scenery as well as lake activities and nightly bbq’s. hated to leave and hope to return. Owner was easy and pleasant to speak to and answered questions easily. Top notch vacation. Thank you Belinda.

Gorgeous Home- Fabulous vacation!

We rented this home to see our son who took his first post college job in Atlanta and spend family time together. The house and lake view were amazing. We have rented many places and this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked-including a huge welcome basket of goodies. Belinda was extremely responsive to texts and even came to fix the pathway lights. We loved just sitting on the porch, hanging out around the fire pit, swimming in the lake, and kayaking. We spent a day in Atlanta and a day hiking the AT access trail! We will definitely return.

Cherokee Trace Graduation Stay

The lodge on the lake was perfect for our family and a couple of visits from friends. We were celebrating our middle sons graduation from Clemson but he just moved to Atlanta to start his first post graduate job. We used the kayaks, ping pong, fire pit, dock, games and rented a boat. The view was outstanding, the location was perfect and the lodge was very clean with a great layout for our family. Hoping to return soon next time we visit our son in Atlanta.

A dream come true!

What a gorgeous view to wake up to! We stayed a month and this place has every everything you need in the kitchen. It was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The outside fire pit and having a gas grill on the large deck was a bonus. It truly was a dream come true for us to have a large place on the lake. There were tons of walking parks around the area. Two of the must sees are Helen, Georgia and Dahlonega, Georgia. Belinda was very responsive and enjoyable to talk to. Thank you so much for making a dream come true!!!

Fantastic Place for Family Thanksgiving!

We traveled from Florida to Georgia to spend Thanksgiving with our North Georgia family. We rented this amazing lake house for a week so we would have a place on the lake for our family to gather for Thanksgiving Day. The house was big enough for our party of around 25 to gather on Thanksgiving Day and enjoy so much family fun with fishing, eating, making smores by the firepit, playing games and spending some much needed family time together. The kitchen was so well stocked, all the beds were comfortable, towels were soft, and it was very clean! The adults could hang out upstairs while the kids had their own area downstairs. We used the firepit everyday and my hubby now wants to build one at our house. Belinda the host was wonderful in everyway with quick responses and easy checkin/checkout. The house was perfect and we will defiantly be back this summer for a few weeks. Oh and my grandson who traveled from Florida to Georgia with us has already texted me wanting to know if we could rent the lake house again for winter school break. I would say this lake house was defiantly a hit for all ages!

Best vacation rental ever!

We travel twice a year and stay at vrbos. This was, by far, our family's favorite place ever! The hosts had wonderful communication. The home was warm, pristine, inviting, well-stocked and we didn't want to leave. All of our kids (infant-teen) had a spot and home was well suited for all ages. We loved the layout and design of the home. Kayaks, ping pong, swimming, fire pit... So much fun! The location is perfect for use of Instacart and closeness to the mountains. Thank you for a vacation none of us will forget!

Wonderful home away from home

The property owner was fabulous everything was easy, fully stocked items including extra paper towels, toilet paper towels! Area was close to everything we wanted to access. So clean and just every room was totally relaxing. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family !!

Lanier’s Best

Great property, great view!! Big house and lots of room inside and out. Quiet and a little remote. Well equipped with everything you need to have a great time. It appears the fire pit was new and we put it to good use. Many s’mores were eaten. Overall if we are headed to that area again it would be our first choice of places to stay!!

Relaxing and fun family lake vacation

Belinda's lake home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a lake front lot with new stairs leading to the private dock and a back deck expanding the length of the house with unobstructed lake and sunset views. The dock is perfect for sitting, sunbathing, swimming (deep, clear water with a swim ladder) and securing a boat or (in our case) our kayak, from which we paddled around the cove and nearby lake and fished. We enjoyed an evening fire at the new firepit while watching the sunset and the boats going by. Early mornings were spent walking/cycling/hiking in the neighborbood and surrounding parks and then coffee on the front porch enjoying Belinda's flower garden. The kitchen, bathrooms, beds, laundry room are all fully stocked. While we cooked most meals and ate outside on back deck, we also enjoyed going out to eat at nearby Cumming restaurants. Bed and bath linens/ mattresses/pillows all exceptional and all very clean. I had several 'happy places' within the house for sitting/reading/napping. Adult children were able to extend their stay by telecommunting from the front office. Ideal for a working vacation. We will be back for family gatherings. Belinda is very responsive.

I grew up learning to ski with my family on Lake Lanier. We had so many happy memories of times spent in both winter and summer on Lake Lanier and I knew I wanted a Lake House as soon as I could find the right one. Once I saw Lakeside Lodge on Lanier, I knew it would be perfect for my family and grand children. I also want to share happy times with you when we are not using the home. Ask me about longer 2-3 month rentals during the winter and early spring months. GA RE LIC #271973

This property has a Lodge Feel like being in the mountains, so you really feel like you are getting away and yet have all the fun of Lake Lanier. Lakeside Lodge has an open concept, so if you need to distance yourself from others you can, however you are still able to easily communicate and be a part of the gathering. This home also has many places to go for just quiet time away from everyone if you need the space, The front porch has a swing, the screened porch has a hammock as well as a separate sitting area, the office has a loft and area where work can be done if needed. The bedrooms are all separate from each other so you also have plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked if you like baking and cooking and has a large island with barstools so you can have several people cooking and preparing with you. The Kitchen is completely open to the Great room so you are always able to communicate with others who are watching TV or enjoying the fireplace. Also you will never miss a sunset as you can see it from the kitchen, great room, dining area and 3 bedrooms in the home. The Lake is also visible all year round so you don't have to leave home to watch the boats go by on Bald Ridge Creek.
