Check in instructions are complicated, then hosts asks a bit much so you’re already worrying about what you have to do at checkout. “Included toiletries” are very poor quality.Road outside complex is extremely busy, could hear cars literally street racing in the middle of the night.

For future guests, we’d like to clarify a few items: Check-in instructions: Because these are gated and secured residential communities, we provide detailed step-by-step entry instructions (gate, parking, building access, and lockbox) shortly before check-in. This is intentional for security and has helped guests check in smoothly. You were also updated proactively on check-in timing due to an unexpected cleaning delay, and we offered bag drop and kept communication open. Checkout reminders: Our checkout message is very simply and short checklist, where to put used towels, trash, turn off lights, return key/fob, thats it. Nothing beyond standard short-term rental expectations. Toiletries & road noise: We provide starter toiletries, as stated on our listing, for convenience (guests may have their own preferences), and while we can’t control occasional city/road noise, we have never recieved any noise complaints from prior guests. Whats most shocking is that we never recieved any complaints duing your stay. We strive to be responsive and to resolve any issues in real time, but if we are not contacted with any concerns during your stay, we cant assist. We appreciate the input and will continue refining our instructions to keep them as clear and simple as possible.

The place is very nice and clean. It is also in a good area. I will give it an A for those 3 qualities.There are 3 things that didn't allow for this place to get 5 stars.The walk from the parking spot to the actual unit is long. Far too long after a long day of work. It makes it worse when you have stuff to carry (work bag, groceries, etc). The check-in took me 3 trips and I was completely dripping with sweat. Luckily the elevators worked that day. Which leads to the second problem. The elevators don't always work. So if you went to get groceries or anything that day you were stuck taking the stairs. Thankfully I was on the 2nd floor. The elevators don't function at least once a week. That happened to me on both weeks and several neighbors confirmed that. Last, the WiFi wasn't great. I had a couple of times that I couldn't watch TV or work on my computer. This can happen so I made do.All-in-all I was comfortable once I got to the apartment and enjoyed my time.
