With sweeping lawns, private patio gardens, pickleball court, and three levels of living space, this estate is styled for fun and relaxation. Each room is exquisitely designed with art, high-end furnishings, and creature comforts to create a warm yet elegant backdrop for your stay. Located just a few minutes from Eastsound and Moran State Park, it offers cafes, shopping, and adventure.

You will have exclusive access to the entire main house and surrounding grounds during your stay. A Welcome Letter will be sent three days before your arrival with the address and access code for the house.

PLEASE NOTE: Our main house and standard reservation includes up to EIGHT guests ONLY. The main residence has four bedrooms with four queen beds total. If you have 10 guests, we have a separate apartment for an additional fee of $100/night. You must enter 10 guests in your reservation request (regardless of the number of guests) to have The Apartment automatically added. It will show as an Extra Guest Fee on your quote.

Ten guests are not automatically included in a standard reservation, only eight guests can sleep in the main house.


Need more room? For larger groups, a separate private apartment is available as an add-on. The Apartment sleeps two adults in a single queen bed.

The Apartment Space: We have an additional fully equipped apartment that can be added on for larger groups or solo travelers that want more space. Accessed via the main house entryway, it has a separate locking door yet is connected to the inside of the home. Up a flight of stairs, you'll discover a studio space with a fully equipped kitchen and eating table, living area with a Smart TV, queen bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. It's an incredible space with privacy and all you need while still connected to the main house.

Note: This apartment is NEVER rented separately. It is only available to current guests if the extra space is needed.

Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and connection, this spacious retreat offers the ideal blend of relaxation, recreation, and natural beauty. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a group getaway, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

The living room is open and bright, with large windows that bring in natural light and offer views of the trees. Whether you’re unwinding by the fireplace or playing a game of backgammon with friends, the large leather sofa and chair offer plenty of seating.

The kitchen is an amazing space. Chef's will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped William-Sonoma kitchen. Kitchen Aid appliances with wrap-around quartz countertops offer an abundance of prep space. There is a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig coffeemaker, Cuisinart Drip coffeemaker, French Press, grinder, toaster and fully stocked coffee amenties including tea, sweeteners, hot cocoa and instant organic coffee for on-the-go.

The dining room has lovely french doors looking out to the patio garden. With a full set of Pottery Barn Chambray dinnerware and a complete cocktail bar setup, the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Formal seating is for eight but additional chairs can be added as needed.

There are four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and comfortable queen beds with unique color themes and furnishings. Each room is designed for a restful stay, offering ample space with a writing desk, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet.

The Game Room on the bottom floor offers a full-sized pool table with bistro seating and a Smart TV. Step outside and the four-person hot tub awaits with a covered balcony and seating for cooling down after a relaxing soak. Basketballs and pickleball equipment are kept in large baskets in the game room for outdoor fun.

Outside, you’ll find a deck with seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh air. The expansive deck offers outdoor dining for eight, as well as a firepit and party lights for evening use. The gardens surrounding the deck offer flowers most of the year. We also have two levels of covered, wrap-around balconies with seating. Our home is surrounded by trees, so it’s peaceful and private.






We highly recommend bringing your own vehicle or renting a car once you arrive via ferry. While Orcas Island is walkable in some areas, many of the island’s most scenic spots—like Moran State Park, Cascade Lake, and Turtleback Mountain—are best reached by car.
