The house was absolutely beautiful and the private beach, deck and property was amazing (the steps down to the beach may be a little difficult for some)! Everyone had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. We plan on returning.

Beautiful property, great beach, and worked well for 7 adults and 2 children. Every time we had a need for something it seemed that the owners had anticipated it. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group, and two dishwashers easily held a day’s worth of meals for all.

We have stayed at the Channel House several times over the years. It is a great location. It's private and quiet and has an amazing view. Lots of room to spread out to play inside and outside. The hot tub is always a hit with the kids. We loved watching the sunsets from the porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you could imagine and tons of dishes. Bonus, there is a second dishwasher for your crowd! But whatever you do, do not miss the udon at Setsuni on Fisherman Bay Road. Our son went three times during our week stay. He is celiac and they were able to make safe udon for him. The spicy coconut with pork was our favorite. Lopez wins our hearts over and over every summer.

Perfect family stay - we were here for a wedding weekend and found this to be a perfect place for our family to retreat to when we weren't involved in wedding activities. The deck is one of the nicest we've ever seen - and the views over the water are magnificent

Wonderful! Another perfect stay at Channel House. The only downside is that you will be so spoiled here, you'll never want to go anywhere else.

This property has everything you could ask for: a beautiful house, a killer view, private beach access, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a hot tub under-the-star with an outdoor shower. Our family had a wonderful time and made some great memories! We had an issue with the oven which the owner responded to timely and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We hope to stay here again!

We had the best time on Lopez this year at the Channel house. It was spacious, had a well stocked kitchen (although the oven was malfunctioning), gorgeous sunsets, nice but steep path to the beach and a great hot tub and outdoor shower! Our property manager, Francisco, was lovely and very helpful!

Wonderful Stay in Lopez Island

My family visited for a mini-reunion. The house was spacious and perfect location for a relaxing and peaceful trip. Francisco, the property manager, was super helpful and greeted us upon arrival from the Ferry. The San Juan Islands are magical and we cant wait to come back.

Perfect friend house

This was the perfect house for a group of friends or a family to stay while enjoying Lopez Island. The location, views, access to beach, amenities, outdoor space, etc were all top notch. The outdoor shower was a particular hit. We will definitely stay again when visiting the island.

Lovely home

We rented this house for a family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own area. The house was beautiful, well appointed, and private. We really enjoyed the deck, the outside shower, and the amazing view. My dog loved her long walks on the beach. We would definitely return to this house in the future.
