Great location

Private and quiet ravine lot was perfect for our week getaway. A herd of deer visited most evenings. Close to Brevard, breweries, and mountain bike trails.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The property was a beautiful and quiet location. There a few points to note the management company doesn’t add check-in information to the VRBO app so I had a hard time finding the email they sent that didn’t reference VRBO at all. Both drivers also passed the turn into the property because there’s not actually a marked address. Turn in at the mailbox on the left when it says to make your final turn. You’ll need to slow down to catch it. Also, the wrong coffee pods were provided but luckily we brought our own ground coffee, we also had to add shampoo to the bathroom hand soap dispenser because it was empty. Some of the towels were musty but they do provide laundry and detergent so we rewashed them. It’s still a lovely setting and was very clean so we enjoyed our stay but communication and attention to details could be better. Oh and the thermostat was set to 85 when we arrived so that was a bit much but it cooled down nicely after a bit. AC works great, they just don’t lower it at all before you arrive.
