About the host
Hosted by Susie Wells

My husband Gary and I met in Brevard 30 years ago. We have been renovating homes in and around Brevard for the last 23 years. We both enjoy bringing back to life homes that have been neglected and somewhat 'remuddled' This one has heart and the benefit of being walking distance to the wonderful town of Brevard.
Why they chose this property
This wonderful little home is a true pleasure! It is tucked back from the road, on a lovely street, off the beaten path. The floor plan is a bit unusual: Living, Bedroom and Full Bath are on entry level. Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Full bath, Porch and Deck are Downstairs. Kitchen is totally renovated! Lots of Charm!
What makes this property unique
Quiet neighborhood, lots of character and walking distance to town.
