Easy to find, nice clean neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with and overall a pleasant stay.For the price listed, this property is in need of renovation. Wood floors are splintering, Kitchen countertop is chipped/damaged, kitchen drawers do not all open (hit the over door), the cabinet faces are plywood. Some wall siding is cheap plywood w/ circular saw marks, unfinished and tacked on with a nail gun. Door handles don't match. Lots of little details done very cheaply.
