I am a California native, having spent the bulk of my adult life in Seattle, Washington with my two teen children. We have traveled extensively around as well as outside the US, until COVID hit and grounded us. Deciding to make 'Lemonade out of Lemons', literally, we turned our travel bug into something of use...creating organic gardens, bee harvesting, chicken rearing, to name a few.
We recently returned to the Bay Area to be closer to family and set out on a journey to build a home that would be a gathering place for friends and family.
We have searched near and far for items to create a memorable spot that will stand the test of time. Each room, garden, pathway is created with upcycled items with creativity and style. Our most recent addition being two acres of dedicated Cabernet vines. As we look to a new chapter in 2021, we look forward to welcoming people to our little slice of paradise.

Why they chose this property
6 years in the making we have finally landed. We welcomed our first guests to the Lexington House in August of 2020 and immediately took to COVID quarantine. As our guests stated, this was the perfect spot to "ride out the storm". This property has the perfect balance of nature, history and ambiance... with all the modern amenities to keep one comfortable for the duration of their stay.
What makes this property unique
This space is a separate guest house located on a 5-acre parcel. Just 4 minutes from Los Gatos proper, it has all the perks of being in "downtown" without the hassle. Unlike most rental properties, this guest house is very clean and well stocked.
