Incredible riverfront, gorgeous, renovated cottage in popular Inlet Cove

Exceptional River views can be enjoyed from this recently renovated, three bedrooms, two bath cottage in Inlet Cove's gated community. 43 Sunlet Bend has new hardwood floors throughout the living areas. It has three bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen, and two twins which can accommodate up to six guests. This cottage is the ideal place for a family vacation. The enclosed porch at the back of the rental is great for watching dolphins play or the gorgeous sunsets. A brand new Weber gas grill is also available for use. The outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water. There is a wonderful area underneath the cottage with loungers, a bed swing, and seating to watch the world go by on the river! The Inlet Cove Cottages have a community pool (available seasonally) and crabbing dock (no motorized boats please but it does have a kayak launcher, you can use your gear credit for renting kayaks!).

No pets and no smoking no exceptions.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Perfect place to great 2024!

Beautiful home with a perfect view! It is exactly what we were looking for to spend our Christmas vacation! The bikes that were party of the package were used daily!

Nice rental but excessive fees...

However, the $379 per night rental fee actually works out to $572.60 per night after all of their rental fees, service fees, and taxes. Booking fees, miscellaneous booking charge, cleaning fee, service fee. Wow. If you are okay with all of the fees and the real cost, go for it.

Had dropped my phone charger ...and oh my! It made me realize I need to go home and check mine. ;)The beds are high enough that it should be an easy fix for housekeeping, and sure would help those of us with allergies.But we just LOVE this location and it is our favorite after many Kiawah vacations!! I was slightly worried as I had wanted a house on the river so we could bird watch. Not only were we relocated to a house in the same neighborhood, but one on the river. Between bird watching, bike riding and preparing meals together, we throughly enjoyed ourselves. This house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen, though tight quarters, was well stocked with cooking supplies. Decent grater, check. Decent pots and pans, check. Glasses, silverware, cutting boards, check! The lower “sunset” deck was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails with lots of space to spread out. The management team were very responsive and our needs were met with professionalism. Would return again.

House is nice. Wish it was warmer, patio below is furnished well and would be a great hang out spot! Overall this home has a great layout, nice master with updated shower. Kitchen was well equipped, nice amount of cookware, tools, etc. Some furnishings could use updates due to wear and tear but it was SPOTLESS- kudos to the cleaning team! We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

(But you don’t need to because there’s plenty of space by the seawall to get your line wet.) if fishing isn’t your thing relax in the comfortable chairs inside or out to just watch the dolphins swim by or the beautiful birds!! Well decorated and stocked (could use a blender). 5 minute walk to the beach. Love everything about it!

We spent almost all days just hanging out here. My husband fished 24/7 off the seawall and caught the most fish he's ever caught at Kiawah including trout, red drum, pinfish, croaker, whiting, a 5 foot sand bar shark, and a cow nose ray. We love the Inlet Cove area for convenience to shopping, beach and on/ff island. Views from upstairs were unbeatable, marsh, sunsets, lots of birds, dolphins ....house was comfortable, beds good, kitchen well stocked. Our only suggestion might be a good deep clean ( under furniture, etc...)

Gorgeous, peaceful & special place

Outstanding property, spotless, well-appointed renovation and incredible location. We spent a lot of time at sunrise & sunset just watching the light, birds, dolphins, and minute by minute changing landscape. Bring your binoculars! A special shout out to ESPM property management company for responding immediately to a few items. Wonderful service and place.

The cottage has been updated and the owners continue to do so. This year the hanging bed in the deck space underneath the cottage was a big hit. We spent many hours watching the sun set from there. Updated spotless interior, very well stocked kitchen for our week of cooking, and perfect location on the river. But, our favorite part was the unique outdoor space this house offered with a full deck, swing, two hammocks and multiple lounge chairs. Even in the cool weather, we loved relaxing together there. Rental company was great to work with, seamless entry, and we loved having a rental credit for bikes. Can’t wait to book this house again!

Dolphins galore!

I stayed with two good friends for a long weekend. It is the perfect spot to sip coffee and watch dolphins in the morning. The cottage was beautifully done and well- appointed. We will be back!
