Great place and great host. Having a restroom on the social floor really helped with my 83 year old dad. Kitchen has everything you need and access to stuff in the garage was great. Close to the beach with great decks and outdoor space. Thanks!

The property exceeded expectations. Modern, clean, and excellent location. Every detail thought of by hosts. Felt like staying at a high end bed and breakfast or hotel. Hosts were excellent with information and responsiveness. Would recommend highly.

What a great location, property, and amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, shades, bikes, and anything you may need was provided. This house is nicely furnished, very clean, and provided plenty of space for our family.

This place had everything we needed and more! The host was very responsive, the location was perfect, plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces to be together or have time to yourself. Very comfortable and we will be back.

If this place is available for the dates you are looking for, do not hesitate on this! The house is beautiful, the beds were cozy, and it is a two minute walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants, with parking included! Also Erin was great to communicate with! We will be keeping this place on our list to stay at again in the future!

Erin is the best host ever! Her home was perfect and had everything we needed ...and more! The location was perfect and the garage fit our 2 vehicles (Rouge and Sorento) and I was SOOO happy about that! So many fun beach toys/accessories were there ready to have fun with. The home was super clean which I truly appreciated! Erin was always quick to respond when we had a question. Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)

Check-in was very easy at this location. Location and codes were sent prior to arriving. It was stocked with a ton of items for our family including a pack and play (and padded mattress that goes in it) - I actually brought my own just in case because I wasn't sure if they had one. There were extra pillows, blankets, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and had kids plates/silverware/cups. Loved the balcony off of the kitchen/living area, so nice to see and hear the water and people up on the boardwalk. The A/C came in handy the week we were there as it got to the mid-80s and pretty humid. For the beach - again, very well stocked with toys, umbrellas, towels and chairs. The large garage was great - we only rented one SUV, a Hyundai Tucson and it fit just great in there. Overall it was a great stay and would def recommend to families . We try to visit mission beach once a year and will def book this location again.

The house was even better than we expected. What made it great was all the extras like the beach toys and chairs,surf boards, and toys and games for the kids! Great location near the beach and a safe area. Host was very responsive to any questions too!

This was one of the nicest rental homes that I’ve ever stayed in. The layout was spectacular for two couples to have their own space and privacy. The host is accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
