Luxurious & Spacious Beach house with AC & private sunlit patio, steps to sand!

Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, Enjoy this 2 bedroom 2-bathroom First floor 732 Beach House! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds. The bedrooms have TVs and large closets and fans in every room. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall. There is a spacious living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couches, one is a pull out bed! Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person dining table. There is a large sunlit front patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area which can seat up to 8 people :) It is shared with the upstairs unit. Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Sea World less than a 10-min drive, Airport & Downtown only a 10-15 minute drive! La Jolla only 20 minutes. Text Lisa @ 619-972-5858 to book or ask any questions!

Everything was exceptional! It was modern, clean, and felt spacious and comfortable. So nice to have tv in each room and lots of pillows and blankets (and board games too). We cooked a few meals (had everything we needed), used the bikes (riding on the strand is fun!) and used the boogie boards and umbrella —Mission beach is awesome! We will stay here again if back in area!

we had a slight misunderstanding about the number of bedrooms as listed on the ad, but overall the place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We contacted Lisa, the rental manager with a few questions and she was SUPER quick to respond. The place is really 'just steps from the board walk and beach! We would stay there again!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host, Lisa, was truly attentive to our needs. This home is perfectly equipped with all necessities, from a fully functional kitchen, new appliances, full size comfortable furniture and lovely spacious- bedrooms and bathrooms! The beach towels and storage equipped with beach chairs, a great sand umbrella came in handy. This home also has one of the largest front-patios in sight, we didn’t use the grill but it was so nice to know grilling was always an option! It was incredible to be steps away from the sand volleyball courts and the beach, our morning walks were incredible! Also, our SUV fit perfect in the front parking space, We enjoyed Thai home so much, we stayed an extra night!! The owner is extremely communicative, gracious, kind and professional! Our family had the best time, we are already looking at dates to come back again!

My parents built this duplex from the ground up in 1967 and my Dad remodeled it in 2016. They chose the absolute best neighborhood in the world!

This property is in a perfect location and quiet neighborhood. Super close to the beach and Bay. It’s also easily accessible to the rest of San Diego and walking distance to the roller coaster. There are bikes also available on the property.
