OCEANFRONT 2BR VILLA WITH POOL, BEACH ACCESS & RESORT AMENITIES HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

This premier 4th floor villa has spectacular views of the ocean, fountains, lagoons, palmetto trees and pool areas, and offers exceptional amenities for your comfort and convenience. Bring out your inner chef as you mix up some tasty meals in the well-appointed kitchen to enjoy in the dining area or balcony. Relax for a read in the spacious living room or enjoy a family movie night! Who's bringing the popcorn?

Delight in the SeaCrest amenities of oceanfront pools (only heated in March and April) , kiddie pool, indoor heated recumbent pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and boardwalk to the white sandy beach with waves upon waves. Don't forget the famous Pool Bar Jim's with specialty drinks and mouthwatering food such as burgers and fish tacos. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

Treat your tastebuds to epicurean delights at the many neighborhood restaurants and bakeries. Find fabulous fashion in the many unique boutiques. Take in the relaxing sounds of the waves splashing onto the white, sandy beach. Explore this beautiful island on foot or bike. Perfect your swing on the golf course. Perfect Vacation Location

A lovely condo overall and a great view, but we just had problems. The tub faucet wouldn’t turn off and took 2 days to fix. The Keurig didnt work. (there is a drip maker that we used instead). The dryer broke our last day there. Couldn’t turn it on, but of course not fixable for the 2 loads of laundry we had already done/started. The primary bed mattress is shot- sunken areas on both sides. Pillows are old and compressed on primary bed. They were doing construction above and hammering all day Saturday. This unit needs some upkeep.

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Clean, very comfortable condo with all we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Great supply of beach gear and easy walk to and from the water. Pool Bar Jim’s was a hit with all of us. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to HHI!

It's hard to beat Seacrest

Excellent experience

We had a fantastic time. This place is great for a family of 4. The convenience factor can’t be beaten with the pools and beach on one side and Coligny Square on the other. We plan to come back.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in Hilton Head the month of January and had a great visit. The condo had the perfect amenities and was in an awesome location. We walked and rode bikes everywhere. Great food, live music, especially enjoyed the drinks and team at Pool Bar Jims-right at our condo!

Our family fell in love with this place!

Great location

It was the perfect location for us. The remainder of our family rented a home several blocks away which is where we spent most of our time. However the beach outside our balcony is one of the best beaches on the island! It was so fun to walk to the shops at Coligny.
