Summary:
Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town - a part of downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. One free space in the parking garage next door.

The Space:
Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
One Bedroom with King Bed, and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for streaming only (sorry no cable.)

This condo is 850 square feet.

The Neighborhood:
Restraurant options everywhere within easy walking distance.
Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers.

Getting Around:
You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage with pass.

Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES.

HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street.
OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)

Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.

EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs to reach the condo, it's on the second floor.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Great place!
We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Perfect location. Super clean. Everything you need is right there. Didn't need to run out for coffee, EVOO, wine, etc. Thank you Katy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property for our yearly trip to Traverse City. The location, parking options, welcoming nature and responsive owners are reasons we would choose this option again!

Wonderful weekend up north!
The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the street noise that went throughout the night. If your used to city noise, it won’t be an issue. We just aren’t used to it so we lost some sleep. Beautiful stay overall!

Amazing Location
If you want to be in the heart of it all stay here. A very clean and very comfortable place to stay with thoughtful amenities. There were plenty of paper supplies and coffee for our first morning. There were lots of very nice towels and other linens. For me, the parking situation was not desirable and neither were the stairs for packing and unpacking purposes, but if that kind of thing won’t bother you, I highly recommend this five star spot.

Larger than it looks!
Perfect location, lots of windows -bright and modern decor. Furnished nicely. Newer appliances and the washer dryer was such a plus. The parking pass was not expected but such a bonus!! Thanks to the host for supplying paper towels, dish soap starter coffee pods, salt /pepper etc-and of course the great bottle of wine!! Nice touch and appreciated
