Relax around the wood-burning fireplace while dinner cooks, play a board game together, or boot up the Xbox 360. The DVD library is available for guests who want to wind down with a classic film. Bedrooms are on the first and top floor, allowing enough room to entertain on the middle floor and plenty of personal space. If you'd rather take things outside, the private gas grill is perfect for giving your main course a grilled edge. You can enjoy lovely views of the mountain from the large furnished balcony. If you still need to complete an assignment or two before relaxing, the desk workspace in the main bedroom will provide enough space to work. The private washer/dryer will take on the snowy socks or dusty shorts from the day's adventures. This townhouse is all set up to host your next adventure!

Guests can easily walk out to the free bus route stop just outside the townhouse's door, set up for visitors who want to see it all easily. Hop on and head just over four miles to Vail Ski Resort, which offers multiple lifts and over five thousand acres of terrain for guests to explore. Vail Village offers restaurants and lovely entertainment throughout. The home's West Vail location also puts guests just over five miles from Vail Golf Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
