A microwave oven and small refrigerator are included. Separate private entrance for this suite so no shared spaces. Our home is located in the University Mound section of the Portola District on a sunny hill with expansive Bay views. Glen Park BART train station is nearby and multiple Muni bus stops are within 3 blocks of our home. We are just 2 blocks from beautiful 300+ acre John McLaren Park. Walk to Bernal Heights, the Mission, Glen Park, the Excelsior, and the Portola. I-280 and Hwy. 101 are nearby so commuting to Silicon Valley is easy. Ideal for tourists/ vacationers, working from home, corporate professionals, researchers/grad students, and commuters. We traditionally rent this room for periods no longer than 3 months, but would consider longer.
