About the property

Bedrooms 2, Bathrooms 2, Sleeps 6

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is a magnificent Seattle Oasis Vacations condo in the heart of Seattle's lively Belltown Neighborhood.

Seattle Oasis Vacations invites you to feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Belltown with water and city views.

Welcome to your home away from home. Cinnebar accents bring a splash of bright color to the Asian-inspired decor. A spacious, remodeled kitchen features new cabinets and is fully equipped to please any cook. Tall windows provide ample natural light and fantastic city views, including Seattle's famous Space Needle from the master bedroom and living room.

The master bedroom features a ultra-comfortable California king size bed (rare in downtown Seattle), oversized windows featuring a city and Space Needle view and a glimpse of Elliot Bay, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a plush queen sized bed and oversized windows.

A premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room sleeps additional guests. For your convenience this condo also features wireless high speed internet, local and domestic long distance phone, cable TV, and a stacked washer and dryer.

It is one of the rare vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, and a king sized bed!

Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a bakery cafe, and urban grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park and Seattle's downtown shopping core. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!

Please be aware that this building does not have central air conditioning (almost NO buildings--less than 5%--actually do). There is a window unit during summer months, and we do provide fans for your comfort.

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Great condo with fantastic location!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was awesome. Clean, well laid out, and perfect size for our family of three. Right in the middle of Belltown so we were very close to everything we wanted to do. The owners left us a goodie bag with popcorn, water and mints along with a local paper with things to do in Seattle. The building amenities were very nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The bakery in the building made amazing pastries! If anyone is looking for a condo to rent close to the water and the Space Needle, I highly recommend this place. There is parking under the building included in the rental. We had a little bit of trouble getting in and out but only because our car is large (Mazda CX 9). I was grateful for the parking spot as parking is a little difficult in downtown Seattle.

great location but texting annoyance

  • 4 of 5

As noted by all, the location is great and within walking distance of the major attractions. The property is good for 6 people; a little crowded but we expected it. The welcome basket is a nice touch. We really liked staying in a real neighborhood, and appreciate that we were able to book a 2 night stay when many other properties require a longer minimum stay. The window shades are hard to use which may explain why they are in poor condition. So we just left them down the whole time, but then you lose the view. There is major construction across the street and steel plates on both side of the intersection which makes for annoying racket all day and all night. Communication during the booking was very helpful, but during the stay the texts were intrusive. I recommend opting out of the texts as soon as you get the first one because they also email you so the texts are redundant anyway. They texted me at 5:00 am on check out day which is inexcusable. I hope they have fixed the time of day for the auto notification system, but opt out just to be safe.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to review our property! We appreciate it, and want future guests to understand the experience from a real life point of view. As this guest mentioned, we do email and text guests information as needed. Guests actually *opt-in* to texts at the time they sign our contract, so if you are concerned about too much communication, don't opt-in. If you feel like you won't have access to email during your stay, and want to make sure you are getting the information you need, do opt-in. :) Based on this guest's complaint about the 5am text, I did reach out to our software partner. Texts should go out between 8am and 7pm, so we aren't sure what happened here, but obviously don't want it to happen again, so are keeping a close eye on the automated communication system. This condo is walking distance to all the major sites in Seattle, making it super convenient, and also making a car un-necessary. We are working with the owner's of the condo to get those blinds replaced, and hope to have some good news soon.

Great location close to downtown attractions

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was very comfortable and walking distance to the space needle and Pike Place Market. The beds were comfy and the welcome basket was a great extra.

The only complaint is the nighttime street maintenance that woke us up until they finished.

Great location and roomy

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect place for our visit to Seattle. Safe, centrally located, clean, parking, wifi and roomy. They did a great job of communicating with me before, after and during. If I had one con it would be that all the communication was too much.

Nice and clean

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed the the condo. We sat in the courtyard a couple of nights and used the jacuzzi. The construction across the way is a bit annoying, but they give you ear plugs. The rooms are on the street so it's noisy. The amenities and faciilty are nice tho. It is in between the space needle and pikes place which is what we were looking for. It's walking distance to both.
