Great visit

The place was equipped with everything, we had a little tro with smoke alarm, but was fixed with in 15 minutes. Check in was fast, the place clean. We would definitely stay here again. Paula and Pat T

Great golf location

Simona was fantastic about giving you all the information needed for the stay.In addition to all the golf amenities at River Strand, the rental was located within a couple of miles of additional courses in Bradenton.It was about 1.5 miles from I-75 which also gave you easy access to the golf courses in Sarasota, Venice and North Port.

Beautiful, Scenic, and Clean Home at River Strand

A great stay! Simona was very responsive and the home looked just like the pictures. A community pool is literally 20 steps away and the club house is a short half mile walk. We enjoyed eating on the lanai and watching the beautiful sunsets. We played golf and the three courses were in fantastic condition. I would love to stay here again.

Awesome stay

The unit itself, the location and River Strand was awesome. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this. The people and staff at River Strand were beyond fantastic. We made a ton of friends during our stay and can’t wait to come back next year. The first day we checked in, the office people at River Strand told us that Simona would make our lives so easy while we stayed. They were absolutely right. She took care of us like I take care of my customers in my business, total excellence. Thanks Simona !!!

Beautiful neighborhood great view

Simone our property manager was wonderful bent over backwards for us the view was wonderful sat outside every day and at night , Pool was right across the way beautiful neighborhood would definitely go back again

Love our coach home and everything about it. It was nice having a pool right across the street!

Simona was delightful and took care of all our questions and little things we needed! It was such fun having the pond behind us with all the birds and the alligator! We watched him nearly every day! Was a bit frustrating with all the covid roadblocks and didn’t get to use the club pool/whirlpool or restaurants as much as we wanted but it was no problem. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood. Just wished the weather had cooperated a bit more for us but again, couldn’t be helped! All in all, we had a delightful time! Thanks so much!

Great place, location and amenities!

We loved our stay at this property and enjoyed the quiet, clean, and fun amenities offered in the neighborhood. The driving range and golf courses were first rate! The restaurant in the clubhouse was a nice surprise, as was the tiki bar by the pool!
