Step into this direct gulf front condo and you are drawn to the 20 foot balcony overlooking the beach with white sands, blue waters and spectacular sunsets. This condo has unique 180 degree unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Only a few units in Holiday Villas III have these completely unobstructed balcony views. Spacious 1300 sq. ft with each room having gulf views.

COMPLETELY renovated inside to include newer furniture, appliances, bedding, mattresses etc. Close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Resort living at its best! This condo has some of the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Each room has a window with views of the gulf - unusual for this location. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has TWO queen-size beds. This unit features a large open-plan layout that is spacious and bright so you can spread out and not have a tunnel-view of the beach.

This is a second-floor unit (two above the parking level). You can take the elevator, or minimize group contact with a short walk up the adjacent stairs. From the balcony, you can sunbathe and watch your family play at the beach or swim in the heated swimming pool. Please note the blue beach lounges and volleyball net shown in the video are no longer present on the beach.

Coin-operated washer/dryer are available outside the condo front door. One assigned parking space is provided steps outside the building.

We purchased this condo for our family vacations and performed a complete remodel and upgrade of the interior of this unit. Enjoy: newer linens, mattresses, pillows, furniture, appliances, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, etc. This was a top-down remodel using a tasteful modern coastal design that is not your typical old-Florida beach look. You won't find popcorn ceilings or whole room carpeting here! Please read our reviews and you will see the exceptional quality of this unit is unique to our building.

The kitchen features new granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have been updated with new tiles and tub/showers. Each room has a new 4k Smart TV (55" in the living room, 43" in Master Bedroom, 31" in Guest Bedroom) where you can access your Netflix and other streaming accounts. Wi-fi internet and cable tv included.

Work from home (beach)!: We installed a home-office with desk in the main living area where you can comfortably work and still have a view.

This is our personal family vacation escape and shows the care and attention to detail of our home. As owners that manage the home ourselves, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

This vacation gem rests on the white sandy beach of Indian Shores where guests will find miles of scenic shoreline, beautiful sunsets, splendid wildlife, and fabulous restaurants. You are also a short drive from great cities such as St. Petersburg and Tampa. Over 50% of our guests are now return guests!

******POOl CLOSURE SPECIAL! Enjoy discounted pricing shown(regularly $450 per night) on this luxury unit while the pool is closed until Spring 2025 due to reconstruction from last year's storms. The beaches are still better than ever and the area has recovered nicely.

The property was just as great in person as it was in the pictures! All the furniture, linens and kitchen accessories were top notch. I especially appreciated the unit providing beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels since I flew in. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this place. What an amazing balcony to see the sunsets from!

The unit was very clean and updated. Great location on the beach , nice sized patio, and located with easy access to downtown Tampa events. Everything was as promised and then some. This condo is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed in within the USA. The views from the balcony (especially at sunset) were spectacular. The condo was very clean and had many amenities. A lovely home away from home

We loved everything about our stay here. I almost hesitate to write this review as I would like to keep this place secret. The condo has been completely renovated snd everything from the furniture to the lines is top notch. The balcony has a completely unobstructed view of the beach and each amazing sunset. The unit is very spacious as well. There are also many thoughtful touches like a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs and beach toys. Wanda was wonderful host and very responsive. She even checked in on us during our visit. We cannot wait to return!

Out of this world beautiful!

Wanda and Arturo are the most communicative and accommodating hosts. They really made us feel welcomed with special touches. The condo itself was immaculately clean and inviting. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever want in a beach condo. The condo was fully equipped with beach toys and beach supplies, including a cooler. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. I would highly recommend staying at their condo!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of six which included my husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law and two small grandchildren. The property was impeccably kept and it felt like we were in our own home and not a rental unit. The location was superb for access to the beach, watching sunsets on the patio or swimming in the pool. The condo was extremely clean and the owners were super responsive to any questions we had. We would most definitely want to stay here again. The condo was quiet for kids' naps and night time was also quiet with no loud partying. The location was convenient to restaurants and stores. It was a perfect location for our family.

Wow Factor

The building is old and the elevator slow as molasses but this unit is on the second floor across from the stairwell, so we used that for convenience. When you enter the condo, it really has a wow factor. Pleasant décor, fresh linens and towels. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs etc.... A real gem . And the pool is heated and if the beach gets windy

Absolute Best Rental Experience

This was absolutely the best rental we have ever experienced. This place has it all, fully renovated, clean, spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated, with the best beach/sunset views any one could possibly ask for. The attention to detail was evident everywhere one looks, from the well equipped kitchen, to the plush bath towels, and the top quality bedding and mattresses. Even beach towels and beach chairs were provided, and we used them every day. We can't say enough good things about our experience, it was exactly as advertised, and couldn't have gone any better. From the booking process to checkout, this condo and its host’s were wonderful. This is their personal condo and it shows. So clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated and what a view! The building itself is right there on the beach and right at the pool. There was so many extras provided in the condo for the beach. The condo is very spacious and I do believe they’ve thought of everything you might need in a beautiful kitchen. You’ll not be disappointed. Wanda and Arturo know how to do things right! Everywhere you look their attention to detail is apparent - from the beautifully stocked kitchen to the artwork on the walls to the super comfortable bedding and the small but meaningful amenities placed throughout the condo! Wanda was great to work with - always "there" when you needed something but didn't hover like some owners do. I have rented condos for years and this is in my top 2 for cleanliness, comfort, style and VIEW! What you see is what you get - and more - so if you go, treat it like it deserves to be treated - like a home!

This clean condo has a fantastic view from its nice large balcony. Saw many dolphins come in which was such a treat! Also has a view of the pool which was nice to keep an eye on our teenagers. Amazing Beach Condo

My wife and I love the beach. Our favorite places to stay are on the beach, so we can chill and just stare at the ocean. It's our happy place. This property has amazing 180-degree views of the beach in Indian Shores. It is a super-nice, flat beach, which helps make it accessible for my wife, who has mobility issues due to Multiple Sclerosis. She was able to walk from the condo to the water with my help, and that is rare. We had a great, relaxing time. Good local seafood; any shopping you need is really close. The building itself is older, but the condo is beautiful and we loved the decor. One elevator, which causes some waiting, but never to an extreme.

Beachfront Bliss

This property is amazing- clean, new, several small details that make your stay so easy- and beachfront! We could go up and down to the beach for meals and walks all day long no need to lug everything down to the beach! The balcony had amazing views for coffee and sunset. And, there was a pool too! We had a great week here! Close to several fun areas if you are looking for restaurants, shops or cruise options. The owners were great with communication. Highly recommend for your next visit to Indian Shores!!

Holiday Villas III Perfect Beach Getaway

While my husband and I have traveled to many countries and taken many cruises, this years vacation was so relaxing and less than 400 miles from our house. So, we decided to drive instead of flying. We definitely did not “settle” for a Florida trip. Instead, we hit the jackpot!!! This complex is an older property but it’s been very well maintained throughout the years. The unit we choose in Holiday Villas III was perfect! It has recently been remodeled and is absolutely beautiful! It has a seaside decor that flows perfectly with its ocean front location. We rented unit #204 and it gives you a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. While it’s decor is nice, neat and updated, it doesn’t feel too fancy that guest can’t just sit back and put their feet up! And when we say that they include all the amenities, we mean everything! We always pack too much for our trips but there was no need for that with this rental. All you need is your clothes and food! The owners provide a cooler, several beach umbrellas, beach towels, kids beach toys & four beach chairs! The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials including dish detergent, plastic bags, cooking oil, and many other miscellaneous items. We’ve never seen that included in a rental. A large dining table and cozy living room. It also has a second bedroom that is huge! There are two queen size beds and tons of storage to unpack (instead of living out of your suitcase)! This bedroom is directly across from the hall full bath, which makes it feel as an on Suite. The master bedroom is just that….it’s a master!! The ocean views are perfect as you wake up in the morning and can watch the beautiful sunrise. There’s also ample storage & the night stand lamps are supplied with electronic plugs. But something we used everyday, was the spacious balcony. We ate all of our meals out there. This unit is on the 2nd floor which isn’t too high but it’s high enough to give you a birds eye view! And at night, we often relaxed in the two chaise lounges chair’s. Since this property is directly on the beach, it’s literally steps away from this paradise beach and ocean. This complex has plenty of showers to rinse off the sand. The pool area is gated but easy to access. There are plenty of chairs and a covered picnic area. Thanks to the wonderful owners, Wanda & Arturo we had a GREAT time!

My husband Art and I are excited to be a part of this community and to be able to provide people memorable experiences in our vacation home.

We both grew up in the Tampa Bay area along with our large families and currently reside in Tampa. We both attended the University of South Florida and met while working together as Engineers in the local aerospace industry.

We have two children that are currently in college. We have spent our lives raising kids with all that Florida has to offer - from the magnificent beaches to the Tampa and Orlando theme parks.

Our personal time is spent mostly on family events and participation in our church events. We both have an affinity for the arts and enjoy the active music and arts scene in the Tampa Bay area.

We love to travel and enjoy new experiences and a great experience is our goal for our guests. We look forward to hosting you and welcome you into our beautiful beach condo home! We think you will love it as much as we do and build great memories here.

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted a vacation spot on the beach where we could spend time with our children, friends and family. That's how we got started: we found a beautiful property that had great views and amenities and then engaged in an extensive renovation in order to bring it up to high-quality levels -as we will be spending a lot of time there. We spent many months on this project and almost everything you see will be new or updated from ceilings to floors.

We love this area! There are many terrific restaurants in the area and it seems we are always trying something new. During the day we enjoy water-sports or just relaxing on the balcony (it's really right on the beach). Our friends and family play volleyball or swim in the pool where we can watch them - sometimes there is no need to leave the condo all day!

What makes this property unique

When you look up and down the beach - you can see our balcony for a mile away on either side. Our unit stands out above the white sands like no other in the area.

We care about hygiene! All mattresses and pillows are encased in bed-bug and fluid-proof enclosures underneath the linens that are newly washed for each guest.
