The Golf Cart is included
This home includes use of their golf cart while renting.
This four bedroom home is located in the beautiful Blue Mountain beach on Scenic 30a. It has a spacious downstairs living space along with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an expansive island as well as dining area for 6 with additional barstools at the kitchen island. There is a half bathroom in the downstairs hallway. Just across from this bathroom is the exit to the screened in porch and stairs leading downstairs to the grill and patio area. Enjoy a nice evening grilling out with the gas grill under the outdoor lighting. The Master suite is downstairs and has a King bed in the bedroom. The master bathroom has double vanities and shower. For added sleeping accommodations, the living area has a sofa sleeper as well.

Moving upstairs there is a loft area at the top of the stairs which has a sofa sleeper along with television. The upstairs master suite is in the back of the house and also has a porch off of the master suite. The upstairs Master has a king bed and bathroom attached. The guest room upstairs has 2 twin beds and attached bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom offers a bunk bed set along with a trundle bed for additional sleeping.

Perfect Spring Break Family Vacation

We had a great spring break vacation with our family. The home was the perfect location with so many amenities (the included golf cart was a huge plus!) All of the necessities including beach gear, cooking utensils, extra blankets and towels were so helpful to have on hand. We loved the pool area and close proximity to all of the beaches and restaurants. It was a lovely, relaxing stay!

Beautfiul, Amazing home - Photos do NOT do this house justice! -Pros: Tons of space & rooms, EVERYTHING you need for the beach is provided, Close to nice restaurants and beaches.-Cons: Rooms could use some drapes or curtains - the sun rises at 5:30AM and the sun beams right through. Property has small driveway and makes it tough to maneuver with multiple cars. The downstairs master does have some circulation issues and can get warmer than the rest of the house. -The stay was amazing overall. The house is gorgeous and well decorated. Ton of towels are provided. Everything you need for the beach is provided. -I wish I knew this because it would've save alot of room in our vehicle. We didn't use any of our personal belongings when went to the beach. We have rented various homes over the last 6 years and this have been by far a family FAVORITE. -Property management was very responsive and we would defintely be back to this beatiful home.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home within a short distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Home was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with pots, pans and all of the items a cook will need. Brand new BBQ grill out back, although with the shorter daylight hours it does need some lighting out back. Overall, a great place to stay and would highly recommend it for your next stay in Santa Rosa Beach.

Better than expected!

This house is even more beautiful in person. Loved the 12’ ceilings and plantation shutters. The golf cart was a definite plus. Appreciated two master bedrooms. The house was close to everything we wanted/needed. The neighborhood was great for the kids to ride their bikes. Great vacation home!

Awesome time

Great time, huge house, nothing but space. Golf cart is a must do - much easier to get back and forth to beach. Beach was slammed but it's what one expects July 4th week. Really no negative feedback on the experience - would definitely stay here again. Master downstairs. Master upstairs, plus two additional bedrooms. Everyone has their own bath. Great with families/kids.

Lovely residence with ALL of the amenities!

The property was beautiful, immaculate, and so well-thought out. Pretty much all of the dishes, cups, spices, and cleaning necessities are already there! Garbage bags, sponges, paper towels, ziplocks, dish soap, oil and spices, chip clips, anything we needed. All of the beach accessories are there as well (chairs, toys, towels, etc). I’ve never stayed in a more well-appointed VRBO. I yes would stay fine dining barbecue here again in a heart beat. Also, the front door lock broke on Memorial Day weekend, and it was fixed within hours. Just an A+ experience all the way around!

A home we didn’t want to leave

This home was the best we’ve stayed in on 30A, and we’ve visited a couple times a year for 7 years! This was our first stay in Blue Mountain Beach, and it is our new favorite part of 30A. This neighborhood is quiet with an amazing pool and walking paths to get there easily and quickly. This home had more than enough space for us and was very well-stocked. We had everything from extra toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, spices, phone chargers, a plentiful supply of beach gear and pool towels, among so many other things. The home is gorgeous and very well-decorated. The golf cart was so convenient to get to local restaurants, shops, and the beach. We were able to find a public access beach that was quiet and not at all crowded. We loved the many outdoor seating options and a backyard area with trees that offered so much privacy. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip back to 30A!

Excellent location and home, can’t be missed

Our expectations for this property were very high. We had rented another unit from a different company months in advance and had our booking canceled at near the last minute. This property was one of the few available for our spring break (dates weren’t flexible), and was really more than we needed. The house is in a great community, amazing pool, lookout, and hangout area. If you didn’t have a beach minutes away you could easily stay here for days and have a good time. The location is perfect. We were able to ride the golf cart to dinner and get snacks several days. We rarely even needed another vehicle. Beach access is great for this price point. You can get there quickly and even with it being a busy time we never had issues parking the golf cart. The house is stocked better than any I’ve stayed. The kitchen has everything you need. The beach supplies are all there. Make sure you check it out before shopping because we were certainly expecting to need things that were provided. Overall I couldn’t imagine a better setup. We didn’t use the bunk room, only had a family of 5 at the stay, but everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed the place.

Great place to stay

The house was beyond what we expected and very roomy and comfortable. Only downside to the house is parking. It is inconvenient to move a vehicle out of the driveway to get the golf cart when you need it. Proximity to blue mountain beach is perfect and to everything else. We loved how all the beach things were already there! Umbrellas, chairs, sand castle things, shovels… everything you need is at the house. Loved the house and our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

We’ve come Santa Rosa Beach for years. The house we often stayed at burned down several years ago. We’ve hopped from house to house since then. This is the first house we would rent again. Our family of 6 was very pleased with the amount of space and amenities. It was a beautiful home, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The golf cart was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!

73 Emerald Beach Way was the perfect place for our family! It slept three families with ease and balconies off each room which was super lovely! It was a great location being a close walk to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach! Golf cart is a must!! We loved being able to grab it and go instead of our vehicles! Communication was also great!! Enjoyed our time so much!! ❤️

Blue Mountain Beach Cottage

This home is perfect for a family/friend getaway if you have several in your group. It's roomy and offers several areas for everyone to have their own space., BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING home! If you are looking for something walking distance to the beach you would want a different location. Highland Park pool/hot tub/outdoor kitchen area is walking distance and definitely better than expected. Definitely rent the golf cart and ebikes! Access to the public beach is a very short golf cart ride and there are several options to golf cart to eat close by. GO to Shunk Gulley's and for the best crab legs go to Elmo's...go early! We made some great memories and home DID NOT disappoint! Ashley replied quickly on any questions we had!

Gorgeous home in great location

This home was even more beautiful than what you see in the photos and was simply perfect. Beds were so comfortable too! Lots of room for everyone! Highly recommend renting the golf cart as you can drive on 30A to Blue Mountain and Santa Rosa Beaches and other local establishments. You will want to pack bring beach towels and extra shampoo, body wash, etc. The only feedback is if you plan on cooking a lot during your stay I recommend bringing some spices as there were just garlic powder, pepper and salt. Also, would recommend booking bicycles ahead of time online if you plan on biking the trail that goes along 30A.
