Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment itself. Additionally, guests have shared access to the balcony, beach, beach supplies room, gas grills, walkway, and all common areas. Parking is readily available on-site.

Our condo is perfectly situated for you to immerse yourself in the local scene. A leisurely stroll along Gulf Boulevard unveils a selection of dining and shopping destinations, including the popular Villa Gallace and Crabby Bills, along with a variety of souvenir shops and convenient stores. For a culinary adventure, a short drive south brings you to the esteemed Salt Rock Grill, celebrated for its fresh seafood offerings. Explore further south to reach John's Pass, a bustling tourist hotspot just 6 miles away. Gulf Boulevard is also home to a diverse range of restaurants, catering to various tastes and budgets. Enjoy easy access to St. Pete Beach (20 min. south) and Clearwater Beach (20 min. north). Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You can easily access rideshares 24/7. Additionally, the Jolly Trolley provides bus service every 30 minutes, connecting Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that On the Rocks #10 is a non-smoking property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is available on the southeast corner of the complex near the street. Guests must be at least 21 years old with a valid credit card to book, and valid identification is required at check-in. Self-check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Please note that there are no partial refunds for early check-outs. The total price includes cleaning and applicable taxes, and we do not charge any resort or management fees.
