Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Perfect Waikiki condo

The condo is a wonderful studio with comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, and great views of Waikiki and the ocean. It is a great location for easy walks all over Waikiki. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Modern Room with Spectacular View!

This room and the view were beyond spectacular! The entire room is modern. The A/C worked perfectly and was quiet enough for me to sleep soundly. The bed is comfortable! The living room area was cozy and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and modern. Amazing view of the lagoon! Definitely plan to stay again here for future trips.

Superb Condo

The Condo was amazing. Everything we needed was provided. We loved staying there. The Condo wasn’t ready for our early checkin as planned but we were offered another room to stay in while we waited. We were given a refund for this.The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the bed that creaked every time you moved.

This room provides enough of everything what you need including for children. I was very happy with everything except the bed. The bed is a memory foam which is too soft for me. If only they have a hard foam mattress I will definitely will come back to this room. Mahalo!

Room 2018 at The Ilikai

The room was very clean and newly refurbished. Would have liked it a bit bigger, as the open sofa bed took up the majority of the space when open which left not alot of room to walk out onto the balcony area. The sofa bed for the kids was fine, but not comfortable for 2 grown adults. The king size bed was very comfortable. The view of the lagoon and in general was amazing, but there was limited furniture to dine for a family of four both on the lanai and in the apartment. Overall a pleasant stay, and would visit the property again..

This location was perfect for our first trip to hawaii! a good walking location to things right around, easy access to the beach (although the beach directly next to the condo had lots of rocky sand), ice cream/gift shop in the hotel. The condo was clean and came with 4 beach chairs and 2 beach towels. Very easy check in process.. just go right up and unlock the door! I was glad we rented a car to be able to adventure around at our own leisure because the area is very busy, overall, great stay for a good price!

Amazing view

Waking up to such an beautiful view was the highlight of our trip. We watched the submarine, tour boats, and surfers every morning on the balcony while drinking our coffee. The room was suitable for our needs. It was a little bigger than typical room in Waikiki with a full kitchen. Nothing overly fancy. Slightly dated, but not terrible. Comfortable beds and pillows with lots of towels and linens. There was free entertainment in the lobby on certain nights. There was local music and hula dancers. We plan to book again in the future.

Ilikai stay

Only book this place if your main criteria is the view. That is it and everything else is bad. No daily cleaning service . I called and also emailed for sofa bed sheet for my children and the only reply was there should be bed sheet in the closet. I could more than 10 pillow cases but not bed sheet. Horrible experience. Not recommended. this also left a bad taste in me about servicing agency.

Amazing view

We stayed 8 days in #2018. We appreciated the comfy bed and pillows after a long day at the beach. So nice to have beach chairs for your use too! Definitely came in handy. The kitchen was stocked adequately. But could use an update. As well as the bathroom. The tub floor tiles were peeling which didn’t make it inviting to use but still was adequate. The closet door in the bathroom couldn’t fully open while the bathroom door was closed. Which made getting to your towels or clothes a bit difficult. Also, there wasn’t a dustpan, which didn’t make sense since there was a nice broom in the closet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. If a modern condo is important to you keep looking but you found the right place if you’re looking for a killer view.

Fantastic Views and Good Location

The room has fantastic views of the ocean and lagoon. Condo is nicely situated between ala moana mall and downtown Waikiki so can walk to either locations. The kitchen is old and needs updating. Inside the cabinets smell and kitchen utensils (dull knifes) need replacing. Dinning table and chairs are dirty and needs replacement. Seems the blanket for the sofa bed wasn’t washed and had a slight smell (doesn’t smell fresh) from previous renter.
