Spend the day wearing yourself out on the mountain and come home to a warm fire, then go out to eat at one of Crested Butte's many fine dinning restaurants.

Designed to be fully handicap accessible, this home has an elevator which accesses all three levels of the home and has 2.5 fully accessible bathrooms. Moreover, the kitchen and the laundry room are designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs.

Perfect for either leisure or recreational vacations, this home offers not only a great location with great amenities it also offers the right amount of privacy. If you are considering a vacation in the mountains, this is the perfect home and town for those who are craving a getaway from their everyday lives.

Trash day is Tuesday. Do not put out the trash until the morning of pickup due to bears.
The speed limit for our development (larkspur) is 15 miles an hour. Please be considerate of our full time residents and their children
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no parking on the street. There is plenty of room in the drive. No open fires .
