Welcome to Serenity Woods, your private single-family cabin retreat. Step inside and feel the warmth of high wood-paneled ceilings, an impressive stone fireplace, and a charming log staircase. Our spacious home is the perfect mountain base for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Enjoy the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern conveience. Gather around the cozy gas stone gas fireplace to watch a movie (55-inch QLED TV with Amazon Prime Video), or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and property, ensuring a peaceful and secluded stay.

Private Entrance & Self Check-in: Enjoy seamless entry with a secure lockbox. Your code will be provided just before arrival.
Parking: The property includes a one-car garage and an ample driveway with free parking space for multiple vehicles.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

Beech Mountain Club Access: Access to club amenities (golf, tennis, pool, etc.) may be available but must be requested and confirmed before booking. The club charges a separate, minimum $300 fee for temporary guest access.
Weather Conditions: Refunds are not provided due to weather or road conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for winter travel.
Security: For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags). For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

This place was far more amazing than we expected. Most rentals lack things you will need for your stay, but this had everything and more. Definitely will be coming back again.

Great Stay

The house was the perfect size for a group of 5 adults. We loved the hot tub and outdoor space, was less than a 5 minute drive to Beech Resort for skiing.

Amazing stay!

This cabin was amazing and perfect for our group of 8. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were huge and has a great set up if you're bringing children with you. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in Beech Mountain.

A beautiful and secluded stay on the mountain!

Easy check-in and check out, beautiful stay in the mountains. The rooms and beds were clean and well kept, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, great hot tub with friendly deer that come right up. Quiet neighborhood, you can see other houses but still felt secluded and quiet. Easy drive to the slopes, great place to stay for a ski weekend!!

Very comfortable house on Beech Mountain

Our group of four couples really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It was particularly nice to have front and back porches big enough for our whole group. We cooked dinner both nights we were there and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty.

Perfect cabin stay!

This property has it all! Very nice and clean, a lot of space, bedrooms are great for multiple families. The picture doesn’t do this place justice! The kids LOVED the deer in the backyard. I think we saw 8-12 that came up and ate out of their hands. Overall great place and great location. We would stay again!!

Beautiful house!

This house was just as described and as shown in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our family to have plenty of room. The porches and yard were amazing as well. We really enjoyed the deer that would walk right up to the house. The property manager was very prompt to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Weekend

Stayed here with some friends, 9 people total and this was the perfect space, not crowded at all. Hot tub was very nice. Beds comfy. House very clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Even saw some deer at the feeder. This was 5 minutes from beech mountain slopes and it was very convenient. Lot of room for parking. Everyone enjoyed the weekend.

Nice home

Check in process was very easy. Home was very nice and spacious. The only thing I would recommend is that the hot tub needs a new cover. It was split in two pieces which made it difficult to remove and replace. We would stay here again.

Great Mountain Home

We came with a group of friends for a ski trip and this place was great. The bed situation works well for groups, as does the bathroom one. The driveway was tough for cars to get up because of snow, but we managed to get most of them up, thanks to the salt in the garage. The hot tub was amazing, but without a deck around it, it was sooo cold to go out to in the snow. The property is well maintained and comfortable overall. The hosts were very responsive also.

We where greeted by deer as we where unpacking the car. Loved the set up off the cabin. Fully stocked kitchen. The propane grill wouldn’t get hot,luckily there was a charcoal grill we could use as back up. The oven would not turn off & we did not have access to the breaker. Our group would definitely rent again.

Solid Rental

The property was great. We arrived during a winter storm, so the roads in the neighborhood were virtually impassible, but that is not the property owner's fault. Property was accurately represented in the listing and very comfortable for 9 adults. The deer around the property are amazing - they're right out back every morning and evening and are not frightened when you come in or go out - a real treat watching them! We had trouble getting the fireplace to light and the jets / bubbles in the hot tub to turn on, but we didn't want to bother the host with those items. The house was still plenty warm and the hot tub still hot. We would definitely return!

Great Place For the Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend away with friends. Our party of 8 had plenty of room, and there is definitely plenty of space for more. We were all "kid-free" this weekend, but could have easily brought the kids and had space to be together and find privacy. We enjoyed the large dining table for meals together and evening card games. The gas fireplace provided a beauitful, cozy ambiance to the living room, but during this oddly warm weekend, we couldnt keep it on for very long. It would be awesome during colder, snowy weekends. The porch and deck area are well appointed and we had a great time talking outside and convening with the local deer who would come by periodically to check out our gang. My friends who arrived to the house first did struggle with the keyless entry, but they were able to call and get help immediately from a very responsive host! Totally recommend this house to groups looking for a spacious, yet cozy place to gather!

Family Weekend Celebration

Our party of 10 stayed at Serenity Woods to celebrate the graduation of our Appalachian State student. Positives: There was ample room in the home for everyone to have a comfortable night's sleep. The home is spacious and accommodating with large bedrooms, yet feels cozy and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals while there. Oh and did I meantion TWO refrigerators? The hot tub is a nice touch as well as the fire pit. Smores were had by all! There are also many deer that roam the area. They are curious and do not seem fearful of humans. They are a treat to watch. The back porch is a wonderful addition and our family enjoyed sitting out there watching our corn hole competitions (We brought the boards with). We left a disc golf game for future guests. Cons: Though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall, there were just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, we found the dishwasher overflowing of dishes that appeared washed but had been left unloaded. Several of them were still dirty so I had to run the diswasher again. One of the plates never would come clean. There was a used towel and someone's clean sock left in the upstairs main bedroom. The oven would not turn on but we were able to resolve that issue. These minor issues were reported so I'm sure they will be addressed for future guests. All in all, this was a delightful stay and we would rent Serenity Woods again.

Great home. Beautifully put together. Loved feeding the deer, bought deer feed at local general store. Close to skiing and restaurants. Hot tub unbelievably hot though and the instructions were not to adjust temp so we had to sit it out. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

The front door was jammed and we were unable to open it.The Garage door had no key and was unlocked the entire time.The house smelled dirty and uncleaned.The bathrooms were very unsanitary.The kitchen had dirty dishes inside the cabinets.Almost all of the plates and utensils were disgusting and un-usable.Overall the absolute worst rental property I have ever stayed at.On top of that, they attempted to charge us for things that were already broken or damaged upon our arrival.Completely unacceptable experience!!!
