The space is laid out efficiently to help you feel comfortable during your stay and most certainly will continue to remind you that you are on vacation :)
This is your vacation, and we trust that you will respect the house rules as well as the other guests and shared spaces. We will check in with you before and during your stay as well as be available to answer any questions you may have for us via Airbnb messages or text.
This is such a gem of a spot. It is right in the middle of the beach scene, but is on a quiet street with a homey feel! Located less then 400 feet from Upham Beach which is rate Florida`s nicest beach! Walking distance to shops, restaurants , bars and night and day life.
Whether you want to walk along the beach, take advantage of the water rentals/activities nearby, check out the bars and restaurants, or shop til you drop, we are in the heart of it all!

We are happy have you stay at our Beach Studio. We are Tyler and Angela. We have been together since college (10 years). Man am I a lucky guy :). We bought this property together Jan 2021 because we fell in love with Saint Pete Beach. We are big travelers and have traveled all over the world the last 10 years and fell in love with the Saint Petersburg and Saint Pete Beach. After many trips back to Saint Pete Beach we decided to buy this property and allow everyone else to enjoy the experience with us. We bought this property because of the style, location and it matched everything we ever wanted in a beach house. We have 2 boys Leo and Bentley ( Cavapoo and Mini Husky) and they are little travelers as well. When we come to Saint Pete Beach they come as well :). We are from Cleveland, Ohio and live in Cleveland full time in a city called Tremont. If you ever seen the movie the Christmas Story then you have seen Tremont. I'm a real estate investor and Angela is a digital media director and real estate agent.
