The interior is comfortable and casual, with window air-conditioning to keep you cool on the warmest summer days and a living area with two sofas and a cable-equipped TV. The adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a peninsula bar counter with seating for three, while a classic dining room table rounds out your mealtime needs. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer make your stay all the more convenient.

This condo is less than a block from a beach access point. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, and strolling along the sand, you'll find some of the most famous attractions in Old Orchard Beach - including the Old Orchard Beach Pier, Palace Playland, and a wide assortment of fun and casual eateries - only half a mile up the road.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
