Description: Situated on a secluded lot with panoramic views of beautiful Lake Travis, this home is the perfect combination of convenience, privacy, and beautiful scenery. The home is arranged in a campus style with a main house and a guest house. The main house contains a master bedroom (king size bed) and full master bathroom, another bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom across the hall. The guest house contains 2 bedrooms (each with 1 queen size bed) and a full bathroom and kitchenette.

Main House - The main house (2 Bed/2 Bath) consists of the following:
A large master suite with a king-size memory foam bed, full lake view, entertainment center, large closet, and private full bathroom.
A 2nd bedroom w/ lake view, a 2 queen beds and closet. Full bath across the hall.
A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, and full lake-view and balcony access.
A lake view dining room with balcony/porch access & large dining table that seats 8.
A den with a large, stone fireplace, an entertainment center with 80" screen HDTV, 2 plush leather couches and oversized chairs.
A covered balcony/porch which has a full-lake view, swings and a grill.
A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for convenience.

Guest House - The guest house (2 Bedrooms - 2 Queen size beds /1 Full Bath) consists of:
(1) A medium-size bedroom with 1 queen-size memory foam bed, a closet, access to full size bath and an exterior access door.
(2) A medium-size bedroom with 1 queen-size memory foam bed, a closet, access to full size bath and an exterior access door.
These bedrooms have a separate access to a shared large full bathroom with tub/shower. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and utility sink. There is a booth and table to accommodate guests in the 2 bedrooms.



Sleeping Accommodations - The 2 Guest House bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people on the two memory foam queen beds. The Main House can sleep up to 4 people (2 in the master memory foam king size bed and 2 each on the queen size bed in the additional bedroom).

Wonderful host was always available to answer questions and address needs. The layout of the main house was great and the view was fantastic. Huge main living room with plenty of comfortable seating, large dining area right off the kitchen was perfect. Ticked all the boxes for what we needed for a month long stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here - a well equipped home in a superb location overlooking the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Tessie was amazing - extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Great vacation home

We stayed in the house for a month and loved the location! Views were amazing, we saw deer, coyote, beautiful birds and armadillo. The house was stocked with everything you need. Manager was super responsive and easy to check in and out. We would stay here again!

Home in Lakeway TX

We had a very nice stay. The house is in a good neighborhood so we felt save walking our dogs. We met a number of the neighbors who were out walking their dogs. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. The owner is very easy to contact if needed. I would recommend this home to anyone wishing to visit the Austin TX area.

Very comfortable!

Everything is as pictured. The view was great! Saw deer wandering through the yard all the time.. All furnishings were comfortable. House is clean and well taken care of. Tessie is great to work with. She responded promptly and took care of all our questions. She even ordered new chairs for the deck while we were there. We enjoyed our stay! .

Quaint view, Dated home

The main house does have an updated kitchen and full bath off the hallway and second bedroom. Master has shower only. Lots of towels. Linens were synthetic - we bought cotton since we were there for six weeks. Dining table gives splinters, we left a tablecloth for future visitors:-). Kitchen could use some mixing bowls that are not plastic and sharpened knives. WiFi is fast and laundry is bonus. Living space is quaint, comfortable and safe, so is the neighborhood. We loved the deer that bed down in the front cul de sac. The side house with secondary bedrooms/kitchenette is a little dark and musty but completely adequate for extra bodies to sleep. We would maybe stay here again, but prefer more luxury if given the option. Tessie is an excellent host and very communicative.

Wonderful house!

My extended famiy booked this house to stay in for my son's wedding at Lakeway Resort and Spa. The house was within walking distance of the resort. The home was everything as promised and more. The view alone was enough reason to LOVE this property. Every morning we all enjoyed sitting on the big deck with our coffee soaking it in. Another unexpected bonus were the wild deer who frequent the neighborhood in the evenings. When the owners told us we wouldn't need to bring a thing, they weren't kidding. We had a house full of people and still had plenty of everything we needed.The kitchen is completely stocked. There were more than enough towels and linens. They even provided DVDs of the latest movies! If you are looking for a vacation home with everything. This is the place for you! We will most definitely return.

Peaceful Lakeview Living

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the last five weeks. The house is on a quiet cul de sac with water views and animals all around. My teens enjoyed the separate sleeping cabin. It was a relaxing get away during a stressful move. Tess was wonderful to communicate with and responded quickly. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests!

Great home, great host, great location, great time!

Home was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Freshly painted and decorated. Extremely clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Location was 35 minutes to Austin in a great neighborhood with a wonderful view of the river. The home sits back from the road and is very private. You hardly.know you have neighbors. The hosts stocked all the essentials such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper ect.. The kitchen had everything needed including great pots and pans, good knives, plenty of gadgets and dishware. We would move here permanently if we could and would definitely return. If you.are looking for a place that is quiet, clean, and comfortable this would be it.

Aside from an little outdated decor, the house was perfect!

We had a great time and enjoyed relaxing at the house and on the lake. The view of the lake was spectacular. Tessie and staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We will be back!

Owner was cordial throughout our stay. House was fairly large, with a nice living room for gathering. Nice view of the lake. House is older and shows need for some maintenance. The annex has four beds, one of which had soiled sheets and broken legs. Kitchen needed some cleaning of pans and floor. Dirty windows facing the lake. Overall, the house was nice, but needs some TLC. Would not recommend to friends unless the issues are resolved. Price was reasonable.

Exactly what we needed

This older home had a ton of character and was just what we needed for our large family as a "home base" for a long wedding celebration weekend. Our kids enjoyed "picnicking" in the small backyard garden and the adults enjoyed drinking coffee while sitting on a porch swing looking out over the lake.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here with 8 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and it has wonderful views of the lake. It is convenient to plenty of shopping and activities to do. Would gladly stay here again!

Great house, great weekend!

We had a group of 6 together to enjoy the lake and the hill country...wouldn't have been able to do it without Tessie and her house! It was a great house overall, well furnished and stocked with anything we might have needed. The view off of the back porch is very nice, especially during the evenings. Tessie actually called us ahead of our reservation time to let us know that they A/C unit had a small issue, but that it was being repaired right away. We got to the house earlier than expected to see the A/C repair company loading up, and the house was already cooling down. Tessie was very proactive with the repair and we never missed a beat! This speaks volumes about the care she shows towards her guests. I would definitely stay here again, and will be planning my next hill country visit around a reservation in this house. Just an FYI to those looking to access the lake, the Lakeway Marina is only 0.7 miles (decent walking distance) from this property. Very convenient indeed.

Great weekend!

Me, my wife, and her family spent a June weekend at the lakehouse, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a large group of people, but due to the layout of the house we were all able to find a place to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean, and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend adventure!

Family fun!

This lake house was everything we needed it be to celebrate a milestone birthday! We had 8 adults, 1 teen and 2 small children (who shared a bed with parents) with us and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and every room was very clean. The views were breathtaking and the sunset from the balcony was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Tessie is quick to respond and answered all my questions as I prepared for the trip.

A spacious and beautiful lakehome with an awe-inspiring view.

The house is spacious, cozy and contains all the comforts one could imagine for a stay at the lake! The views of Lake Travis from the master bedroom and back porch will blow you away! At night, we saw deer in the neighborhood and fireflies blinking all around us. Even though it rained the weekend we were there, we enjoyed getting cozy and looking out at the lake. The weather cleared at the end of the afternoon and offered amazing sunset views of the lake. Lakeway and NW Austin offered plenty of dining options: The Oasis and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse are wonderful venues just 15 minutes from the house. The folks around town are friendly and it's a great place for golf, water sports, jogging and other recreational pursuits. Tessie was courteous and responsive. Wonderful experience! I can't recommend this vacation rental highly enough.

What makes this property unique

While looking for a home away from home, our desire was to purchase a lake view home. When we walked inside this house and saw the view of the lake, we made an instant decision to purchase. This is one of the oldest homes in Lakeway, built in 1968. The home next door was the first lot purchased when Lakeway was just a subdivision.
