Quiet, safe, centrally located neighborhood

This upstairs room was spacious for a couple or small family. The bathroom is upscale with a bidet and huge shower. There is a lap pool that is just right for aquaerobic stretching or, of course, doing laps. Stores and lovely beaches are within walking distance. Right out back is a very nice walk around the bay; wonderful tide pools and scenery.

Great place

This is a lovely property in a lovely quiet location. The place is super clean and the owners are very kind. It has a very comfortable king bed and my teenager slept up in the loft. It has 2 balconies, one facing the ocean. The home is just steps from a private ocean side area. Because of the rocks you can't get into the water here but there is plenty of sand to relax in. Town is just 10 minutes away.

Nice place. Upper loft suitable for kids who want to climb a ladder to get to it. TV remote batteries had to be replaced. No garbage bags that fit the kitchen can. Owner very helpful but contact limited to VRBO messaging. Very nice pool. Parking a little tight. Wouldnot hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing Oceanfront Stay

Everything about our stay here was perfect. All of the necessary information was timely provided ahead of check-in and getting into the apartment could not have been easier. We had been in Honolulu for business for a couple of days and this location was such a welcome reprieve to the earlier crowds. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed to prepare a breakfast and coffee in the morning. We absolutely loved sitting at the table on the landing and watching the waves crash against the seawall. Also had an amazing early morning walk along the water watching the sunrise. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the space looked beautiful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet Kailua Getaway

This place had everything we needed. It was clean, the shower worked great and the AC worked even better. It’s tucked away in the edge of Kailua, in a nice & quiet neighborhood. We found it fairly easy to get from our place to all the attractions we wanted to see in Kailua and Lanikai.

Delightful Ocean Breezes

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. We stayed in the ocean-side unit and our son and daughter-in-law stayed in the pool-view unit. It was perfect for our family. The lap pool was refreshing and lovely. The host was fabulous to communicate with and extremely helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

A Little Slice of Heaven!

Beautiful property with a beautiful pool and great location! Super quiet residential neighborhood and awesome owner! When you leave your unit a super short walk along the house opens to the Pacific; stunning! There’s a longer walk when you turn right along the coast. Loved everything about it 😁

Perfect Kailua place

Beautiful property and location. Was wonderful to spend some time away from all the other tourists. Property was perfect for just the two of us. Quiet, clean location close to grocery store, shops, excellent coffee, and restaurants. Would recommend staying here. Owner lives below and was very kind and accommodating! Nice spot

Clean and great location. Pool was beautiful, but with owner living on site and cameras everywhere around the pool it did not feel all that private. Place was mostly quite. The beach was great to walk down and had stunning ocean views. The town was cute with really good food and shopping. The area was easy to travel and it was our first time to Hawaii. Overall I recommend this property.

Fantastic week in Kailua

My nephew and I enjoyed the Mountain View room immensely. Tom and Lucinda were delightful and everything went beautifully. We loved the two lanais and the view of mountains and ocean from the loft. Proximity to family we were visiting was fantastic and the neighborhood is quiet with great walking and access to shopping and ocean front as well as a convenient base for day trips. We loved the shower and everything was comfortable and worked wonderfully. Ocean breezes and the pool kept us cool as well

Was a nice stay with everything needed. Not a swimming beach due to lava rock but pretty to watch waves. Close to Kailua town and everything you need. I would return here. You must be able to carry suitcase up one flight of stairs.
