Welcome to your tropical escape in the heart of Lanikai, across the street from one of the most breathtaking beaches in the world. This licensed short-term rental offers comfort, style, and space. Additional bedrooms are available to sleep up to 16 guests (additional reservation required).

The house sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are extra bedrooms and bathrooms available if you needed more space to sleep up to 16 people. Please inquire to see if those spaces are available.

There is reserved parking for 2 cars. If you know anything about Lanikai, you know that this is extremely rare.

On the first floor, there are 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have 3 queen beds. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and the master bathroom. There is also a second living area on the second floor pull-out sofa and TV.

The backyard is massive and has a seating area, tiki bar, picnic table, and lots of grass to run around in!

All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with towels, linens, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, dishwasher, utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, pots, pans, and just about everything else you might need!

There is a property manager who lives on property in a private section with her own entrance. The property manager is meant to assist with emergencies and to help with any questions. You will not know that the property manager exists because she does not share any common areas with you and she has her own private entrance separate from the house entrance.

We were accompanied by our adult children during our stay in Lanikai Paradise and the setting was perfect! Right across from the beach, comfortable accomodations for each of our 4 couples, large back yard with outdoor sitting area, and hassle-free check-in/check-out. We will likely stay here again!

I went with a large family group and we loved making this our temporary home base! It's spacious and the location is literally perfect - steps away from Lanikai Beach and 30-45 min drive to all the must see destinations. Alex was also an amazing host, super attentive to everything we needed.

super fun staycation for the whole family. the unit fit 8 adults, 1 child, and a frenchie very comfortably. the yard is huge enough to play badminton, volleyball etc. super close to the beach!

The greatest appeal of this accommodation is undoubtedly its location. While many tourists struggle to find parking, we were able to visit the beautiful Lanikai Beach, just a short walk from the property. The spacious, open-plan living area was also very comfortable for our large family. The housekeeper, Mandy, was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate her assistance.On the other hand, partly because we happened to stay there just after a hurricane, we experienced ongoing electrical issues during our stay. Not being able to use the hot-water shower and dishwasher for approximately 70% of our stay was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially since we were traveling as a large group.We also saw cockroaches in each room during our stay. This may be partly due to the local environment and climate, but guests who are uncomfortable with insects should be aware of this possibility.Although the location and spacious living area are truly wonderful, we recommend considering the property as a whole, including the condition of its facilities and the issue with insects.

Unfortunately the guest stayed at our property during an unexpected Hurricane. This is very uncommon was the only hurricane that occurred in Oahu for the past 6 years. The hurricane did cause power outages across the island. And unfortunately, hurricanes and floods did cause a few insects to seek safe shelter. This is extremely uncommon and has never been mentioned in any of our 90 Five Star reviews across all of our booking platforms. I want to reiterate that hurricanes are not common in Hawaii!
