Coldest day in Miami in who knows when!

Owner was great! We arrived Christmas Day and it was the coldest day in years. Since it is Miami there isn’t usually a need for blankets or heaters but we definitely needed them when we arrived. Even though it was Christmas Day Ivan left his family to bring us extra blankets and tried his best find us a heater that night. Everything of course was closed but he still made the effort and even though he wasn’t able to find one that night he did get us one first thing the next morning. He was great and even gave my daughter an artist a tour of the other property’s art work!

Not the best neighborhood, no insulation with the other Vrbo in the same house

The neighborhood is a bit creepy, but nothing happened to us while walking at night. The house is divided into 2 Vrbo, with absolutely NO insulation between the two, so you can “enjoy” every conversation, shower, coughing… It is super small, enough to sleep but that’s all. There are supposed to be 1 parking spot by apartment but they decided to use them both so we had to park in the street. They were also smoking (when there is a non smoking policy) and making noise outside, inviting people over... By renting cheap, expect cheap people not respecting rules…
