Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our week long stay at this comfortable home in a great location. All the amenities were as published, but the situation with the large yard and views to the bay were really outstanding. Kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances which worked well. Living room and bedrooms were spacious. Owner was also very available and responded to quickly to our little concerns and questions. All good on this one!

Lovely property with lots of trees and bay view across the street.

Corner lot with shady trees in convenient location, quiet walker friendly neighborhood, close to causeway and Preserves. The king bed in the master bedroom was too soft and low. Luckily the queen bed and day bed were very supportive. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked many dinners with fresh fish from Cortez Fish. The front porch was great for morning coffee and view of sunset.

Beautiful sunsets

The house, view and neighborhood were good and conveniently located. There was construction going on at the house across the street, so our view was obstructed during the day. The yard was cluttered with old decor. There was no hot tub, as advertised in the description. The shower was great. Communication with the host was prompt. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Roomy, nice layout, nice location

Overall the place was nice. Does it need updates...yes. The king bed was uncomfortable, so we slept in the room with the Queen. It was fine. The shower door leaked pretty badly when taking a shower....had to use towels to keep water from getting on carpet at the doorway. The house is plenty roomy...and has everything we needed. The Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook. Towels, beach towels, bikes...that we didn't use, but nice to have. The question I guess is: would we go there again...it is a bit pricey for the lack of updates....but we very much enjoyed our stay there, and would like to go back again.

Spring Training Getaway

This place was perfect for a week long Spring Training vacation. The home was plenty large enough for 4 guys to stay comfortably and was centrally located to gorgeous beaches and MLB ballparks. Jerry was super nice and responsive to all our questions and needs.

Great place to stay

Beautiful location overlooking the gulf. Spacious home with all the amenities promised and then some. Plenty of kitchenware for a larger group. Front porch with a wonderful sunset view of the Gulf. We would return for sure.
