Family vacation

Perfect location for beach, Nubble and down Center!

We had a wonderful multi-generational stay to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday. The teens loved walking down Center to Goldenrod and the Strand for iced coffees. Adults loved Lulus at the Nevada, Stone’s Throw and Little Auk at the View Point - all walkable! Beach days are perfect and topped off with evenings by the fire pit after dinner. House had everything we needed and was adorable and comfortable (beach towels were great to have!) A wonderful week with family!

Long Sands beach was an easy walk from the property. There was plenty of room to accomodate my 7 adult children, 2 with spouses, boyfriend, and a16 and 4yr old. This was a quality home with outdoor lounging areas, and plenty of parking. Thank you for sharing it with our family.

We enjoyed a family reunion of 15 people.The house is lovely and convenient to two beaches and shops. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The house is actually more spacious than the photos demonstrate.

I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had at this house! The house was beautiful and so comfortable for our family. It is a three minute walk to Long Sands Beach and a short walk to the Nubble Light House. The house is near the end of Long Sands and it was a lot less crowded than the rest of the beach which was great. The house is also a short walk to Short Sands with great stores and restaurants.Stephanie was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! Stephanie is a communicative host. We were so pleased with the ample parking. The house is clean, beautiful and well equipped. The beds were comfortable (except for the two pull out mattresses). We were pleasantly surprised by the additional two cots with mattresses. The walk to long sands or short sands were very tolerable and my 5 year old was capable. We loved having the outdoor space to use for games or lounging on the deck. We are grateful for the memories we made here. This house is a treasure!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Home

We had a fabulous week in York with our group of 8, in large part due to our stay in this beautiful home. The house is perfectly situated between York’s major attractions-a short walk to Long Sands and restaurants like Stone’s Throw, and less than a mile to Nubble Lighthouse or Short Sands shopping area. The house was incredibly clean, with brand new finishes throughout and plenty of room for kids or adults to spread out and relax. We loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the front patio and enjoying happy hour after a day at the beach. Stephanie was a very communicative host and clearly takes pride in her home and duties as a hostess. We would absolutely recommend for a great summer vacation!

We had the most wonderful family stay at this property!!! So close to the beach for the grandkids. Space for all of us at the house...kitchen was spacious and well stocked and we all enjoyed the outside deck and yard! Plenty of parking for 4 cars...a perfect place to make family memories-and we did!! Per the grandkids "Best vacation ever"!! They loved Long Sands!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and well maintained and the owner was easily accessible when we had questions. Long Sands is a short walk and we also enjoyed walking to the Nubble Light House. We would highly recommend this property.

Large family vacation

The pictures that they post do not show its true beauty. The parking situation is great we were able to fit 7 cars easily (1 pickup and 1 SUV included in those 7). It is fully renovated and had tons of space for everyone to stay. The house was inviting, clean and cozy. Perfect after a long day exploring. The only issues we had was that there weren't any dressers so we had to live out of our bags/suitcase. I didn't mind too much but, you have babies or smaller children you may find it to be a little difficult. Also, the sprinkler system going off at 5am and 5pm made the side yard muddy so we weren't able to use it to play yard games. Even with those minor inconveniences this is by far one of the best rentals I have been to.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The property was super clean and extremely well maintained. there were so many great amenities provided such as every room having ac/heat control, tvs with cable, tons of options for beds, slow closing toilet seat lids, huge washer and dryer, great fire feature on the deck, big fridge, lots of space for everyone. we all had a great time and made some great memories. the landlord was super helpful and an extremely good communicator.

PERFECT on all fronts: Home quality, amenities, location and host

We had such a wonderful stay at Stephanie's home. She met us upon check-in and showed us around the house and gave us helpful hints/tips to know about the house. The rooms are spacious, we had plenty of room for my group of 12 to spread out and sleep and stay comfortable. The location was perfect and easily walkable to long sands and short sands. This is the perfect home if you are looking for a place close to the beach with all of the comforts of a home. 12/10 recommend.

Wonderful stay in York!

The listing pictures do not do this house justice— everything was beautiful! Stephanie met us for check in, and was kind enough to show us some of the nuances of the home, and was easy to get in touch with during our stay. Well stocked with linens galore! Great location.
