Family vacation

  • 4 of 5

This home had plenty of space for our two families. The owner, Jenny, was very helpful and available to help if needed. The location is great to walk or bike to lots of activities. Please be aware that the only air conditioned rooms are in the small cottage. The main home is not air conditioned so it wasn't exactly comfortable in August.

Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for several different branches of our family with ages ranging from 2 - 65. Everything was in working order, clean and user friendly. There were bikes available for those without, excellent puzzles and games for our one rainy day and beach "equipment" for the lovely days. The yard was a great place for the kids to play while the adults grilled meals. The location is convenient to so much that Falmouth has to offer. Jenny and Tim and wonderful to work with and left plenty of information on the property and the area. We all feel very lucky to have been able to stay here for a week. We only wish it had been longer!

Plenty of room!

  • 5 of 5

This house was the perfect size for my family, my sister's family, my brother, and our parents to all stay together. The location was convenient for my family...we didn't have a car, so we could walk to get coffee, groceries, and even go down main street for shopping and the Falmouth library (which the kids loved). We were back and forth to Surf Drive Beach almost every day, and we really enjoyed candlepin bowling at Ryan's. There were also plenty of bikes to go around. The kids loved the yard and all the games, puzzles, and books they discovered around the house. It was also convenient having a separate cottage for naptime...for the kids AND adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Nye Road Vacation - I recommend it!

  • 5 of 5

Recently returned home to the UK from our stay on Nye Road in Falmouth where we expected the house to be great before we arrived however we were blown away when we got there. We have teenage daughters so it is like 5 adults going away & this house gave us all the space we needed to have a really relaxing week. The location is fantastic, close to the town but still really quiet at night - we couldn't hear anything that would disturb us. Jenny was most helpful from the day I booked & she is the perfect host. Now we are home, I am already missing the long evenings in the huge garden sipping a nice glass of wine. Would recommend to anyone & will hopefully return one day.

Perfect location

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children, ages 7 to 14, had a great vacation at Nye Road. Just as advertised, we could walk to many places like the ball field, restaurants, donut and ice cream stores, the drug store and many shops. The house was clean, well equipped with things such as towels, chairs and toys for the beach and bikes and bike locks. The house and yard were spacious and had a large table perfect for playing games. We all agreed that we loved being in town rather out of town where we would have to drive everywhere.
