THE HOUSE
This home was recently updated and professionally decorated. Tons of space for extended family to enjoy time together. Dining room has a 12-person table, and another 6-person table is in the adjacent kitchen. Kitchen is modern, well-stocked with cooking and baking gear and upscale Bertrazzoni induction range. Oversized family room offers tons of cozy seating for watching TV or playing games. Three full bathrooms make getting ready easy for the whole crew. First floor primary suite with walk-in shower is perfect for guests that want more privacy or have trouble with stairs. Second floor has a home office and generous sized bedrooms including a huge bunk room for the kids! Two more full bathrooms with shower & tubs round off this level. Central air conditioning throughout. Spring 2026 updates to include: new outdoor shower and additional 1/2 bath to be added!

Private backyard will have a brand new heated, inground pool - being installed April 2026, already ordered! (Pictures are renderings, will be updated when pool is installed). The huge yard will still have plenty of room for lawn games and is meticulously maintained with gorgeous plantings and fruit trees. Enjoy the shade and take a nap in the hammock. Two outdoor tables (12 person & 6 person) allow for lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful setting while you BBQ. After dinner relax by the fire pit, watch a movie, or work on a puzzle at the game table. There is plenty of room to spread out!

LOCATION
2 minute walk to West Falmouth Market, Eulinda's Ice Cream and the Village Cafe. You may never want to leave, but if you do, the Shining Sea Bike Path is only 3 minutes away for trips into Falmouth Center or Woods Hole. Chappy beach is 1 mile away - easy to drive, bike, or walk. Old Silver and Wood Neck beaches are less than 10 minutes in either direction. Or take the kayaks down the road to West Falmouth harbor and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

If you are looking for even more to do, take a short drive to Falmouth Center or the Mashpee Commons and explore the many restaurants, shops, bowling alleys, movie theaters, etc. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is also easily accessible for a day trip. It's impossible to be bored during your stay here!

DETAILS
- This house may not be ideal for young, non-swimming children! While the pool is fully fenced around the perimeter of the yard, there is no fence between the house and the pool. This could be very dangerous for toddlers or small kids and we strongly encourage you to consider a different rental home if you have mobile children who can not swim.

- This is a peaceful, residential area - no parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 9pm to 8am

- Sorry, but no pets allowed during rentals. No exceptions. (However, there are occasionally pet visitors in the off-season so if you have severe allergies this may not be the best spot for you.)

- Linens provided - sheets, bedding, bath, beach and pool towels are included.

- There is fast Wifi throughout the house that will support multiple devices.

- Note that we have a Nest doorbell at the front entrance and security cameras around the exterior of the house.

- Pool is open approximately late-May to late-Sept. Please reach out if you want to ask about a specific date.
