This stunning 1925 historic home recently underwent a year-long renovation, including shiplap, white washed original floors, luxury bedding, custom kitchen, high end bath finishes. Located in one of the prettiest neighborhoods in town surrounded by high-end, historic homes. Walking distance to Main Street, located behind popular Fredericksburg restaurant destination, Hondo’s.

This spacious home is perfect for groups to gather together and never feel crowded. Nice lighted oudoor pergola with tables, chairs for celebrating & socializing. Fire pit + chairs in the backyard. Every aspect of this home has been designed to give our guests a memorable Hill Country experience.

Guest access
This home will be yours and yours alone. You will have complete access to (3) bedrooms including the 40 foot bunk room (5 beds), 3 gorgeous baths (2 with over sized showers & 1 with a tub/shower), full custom kitchen, dining room for 12, living room with smart TV, wi-fi & designer features and private, fenced back yard with seating, fire pit and grill.

Other things to note:
Full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a meal including dish washer & a separate dining room that seats 12. All cookware, dishes, etc. are provided. (4) gourmet coffees & an array of condiments are provided by the host as well as a selection of teas.
Outdoor area offers a charcoal grill as well as seating & a fire pit for evenings.
Plenty of plush towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner & bath items provided.
Home is furnished with new top of the line mattresses & extra comfy sheets & bedding.
Extras in house include hair dryers, iron & board, house manual w/local info.

*Please note, wine tours take an entire day. We recommend adding a night to your reservation if touring.

Cute & Convenient Home

This house is beautiful! Close to Main Street and perfect for our girls trip. Only thing that could have made it better was towel hooks in the bathroom and privacy doors for toilet/shower rather than the open concept bathroom (not a huge deal though). We had a minor issue with the lock but the owners resolved it quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Bachelorette Stay

This house was perfect for my bachelorette weekend! Had plenty of beds, bathrooms and is beautifully decorated. The house is also a short walk to main street which was very convenient.

Bachelorette Spa Weekend

We filled this house to the fullest and it was the best. It accommodated us all perfectly. We had zero issues. The host provided us plenty of extra blankets, sheets, pillows and towels. Plentiful of seating inside and outside. The location was great. Less than a 5 minute drive anywhere we needed to go. Parking on the side of the house was great for all the cars. The host was amazing. She was great at communicating and even helped finding resources to help with our weekend. This house was a treasure and we highly recommend it.

Girls trip gold

This place was perfect for a girls trip weekend. The upstairs loft was our favorite. Lots of laughs and chatting up there. We had an issue with the bathroom and the owner was on it and had it fixed within the day. We walked to Main Street from the house but wouldn’t recommend it for younger kids because there are no sidewalks. Overall it’s a great beautiful place to stay.
