Sag Harbor Village Fully Updated Historic Home

Beautifully updated historic home ideally located in the Village of Sag Harbor with a five minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Ocean beaches are a short drive away.

First floor includes a custom kitchen and dining for eight, two large living spaces with plenty of seating and a one half bath. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. As well as a dedicated office balcony looking over the living room.

Outdoors is beautifully landscaped with a heated gunite pool, a deck with lounge seating and a two car driveway.
