Didn’t get code to check in until 6pm-TWO hours late! Dryer didn’t work-said an outside vendor was called-never showed up! 2 different TVs in 2 of the 4 bedrooms didn’t work-after I called I was told maintenance would come but they never showed up! Hole in door of one of the bedrooms with paper sticking through it to keep the outside light out. Hole in bathroom flow from rotten wood. Stove light or vent didn’t work. Kitchen sprayer didn’t work. Duck tape on soap container in dishwasher. Dart board in game room didn’t work. Upper floor bathroom sink has residue on sick, brown splatters on wall, and shower faucet trickles with water. Bear statue on fireplace was broke-cutting hazard especially around children. Highly disappointed! I’ve never stayed in a cabin with so many issues before . It ruined our family getaway. I have left feedback for the property manager but not heard back as of yet. I have pictures of issues with cabin and screenshots of check in arriving 2 hours late and all the times I had called.

Really Bad!!!

First, HOT TUB DOES NOT WORK!!!!! It’s super aggravating because we booked this property mainly biased on the fact that it has a hot tub. I called immediately when we checked in and they said someone would be here late morning the next day to fix it, as of 3pm NOTHING!! If it doesn’t work, it’s not an amenity and should not be listed. I have now read several past reviews that said the hot tub was not working for them as well! Also, there’s a hole in the floor next to the bathtub in the downstairs bath. It’s rotten and gross. This places needs to be cleaned better overall and the water coming out of the faucets has a weird unpleasant odor. We check out tomorrow and I have to say, I’m not happy with my stay here and would not recommend it. We stay in the area every year to celebrate my sons birthday, I can tell you now, we won’t book with Gatlinburg Falls again!

Nice but needs supplies

All start with the negative. Lighting in cabin needs A Lot of help! You could barely see in the kitchen or pool table room. Too dark to see dart board. No bread pan for the oven. We had to fix biscuits in a cooker! There were only 6 Forks! There were NO kitchen towels. I had to use a wash cloth for the kitchen, and then didn't have enough for us! I called the property manager to let them no the dryer wasn't working, then later found out the washer didn't work either! They did drop us off extra bath towels. The hottub did not work!! It blew a fuse and by time maintenence came to fix it, it never warmed up. So at 2am we gave up. Ok so now for the positive. The overall cabin was very nice. The rooms were a good size. Jacuzzi tub on main floor was very nice. Nice big TV in living room. The king beds were very comfortable. When we first got to cabins we could not find it, I called the property manager and they got us right there. Great customer service! So with updates and some minor fixes would be a great cabin! But the hot tub not working was a bummer!

Stayed her for my Daughter’s 1st Birthday

I am coo coo for reviews… which made me beat myself up when I booked this quickly (because everything was filling up) without fully reading reviews & amenities… to which I later read mixed reviews and no wifi 😭 and got worried 🥵 but I’m here to tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! 🤩 No wifi wasn’t a problem because we all still got great reception (& my phone can be a hotspot!) I read a lot about the age of the cabin… well hello, it’s not a new build, but it’s not like the ceiling is falling in.. do you notice a little wear & tear around the tubs, yeah but it’s all well treated and literally only visible if you’re looking for it. There was no gap under the front door and the hot tub worked (although, it’s olddd, the high jet setting wasn’t consistent but low jet setting was). The windowsills were a tad dusty but all the blinds, etc were spotless… could have just been an over site. I read something about the pots and pans mismatching which is true but it all gets the job done. There weren’t potholders but there were dish towels (which work in a pinch… but a couple more dish towels would be nice). They even leave some laundry detergent, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Beds are super comfy and the location is GREAT (like 20 minutes or less from at least 3 different attraction towns). If I had a qualm it would be the bath towels are ROUGHHHH (albeit vibrantly clean) and there was only one roll of TP in each bathroom… we were there for a week… an extra roll in the vanity for each bathroom would be nice… but that’s literally it. If you intend to eat out mostly, bring your own towels if you’re particular, and keep in mind you need to grab some cheap TP (like we did) this place is for you! I’ve traveled the world and stayed in places that were a lot more expensive yet a lot less impressive… would definitely stay again.
