Peaceful and queit........a bit bohemian

We stayed for 7days to go around the area, looking at potential real estate, in St Pete. Though the writeup gave the impression that it was a one bedroom, it was a all integrated, large studio. The amenities were OK for us and satisfactory. The AC was not Central but a split unit, powerful but making the sleeping area more cooler than the sitting part of the apartment. Lynette and Don were helpful and non interfering hosts.

Perfection in St. Pete

Lynette and Don are wonderful hosts and my accommodations couldn't have been nicer. The second floor balcony looks out over the bayou and the birds that flocked to the bird feeders below were always entertaining to watch. There's so much to do in St. Pete. It was a marvelous and memorable stay. Two big thumbs up!

The property was beautiful. Loved! Loved! Loved it!!!! Owners made sure you had everything you needed. View was amazing. Place was so clean and decorated nicely. Had coffee, cream & sugar for your mornings. Soap & shampoo. Fluffy towels. No word to describe but amazing!!!!

Refreshing

We enjoyed The Dolphin and the property. It was very clean and had all the amenities we asked for and also had a keurig (huge bonus for us). It was a nice place to relax at the end of a beach day and several. We stayed in and ordered food rather than going out each night like we do on most vacations.

The “Dolphin” is a spacious 500 sq ft studio apartment featuring a queen-sized murphy bed to allow for extra room when you want or need it. The bathroom was completely remodeled this year.
With a fully equipped kitchen, you can easily enjoy meals at home or make a cup of coffee and enjoy the beauty of the water from your private patio.

What makes this property unique

You don’t have to leave the property for fun in the sun! We proudly offer kayak rentals. Once you’ve had your fill of the Florida sun, you’re just a 5-minute car ride or 20-minute bicycle ride to downtown St. Pete. There you can take in the many museums the area has to offer, see artists at work, enjoy an outdoor lunch at a local restaurant, take a walking or biking tour of the beautiful outdoor murals St. Pete is known for, or simply stroll the waterfront. We’re also conveniently located to Fort DeSoto, St. Pete Beach and Pass-A-Grille Beach if you prefer to spend the day on the beach. We offer beach chairs for your use.

If sports are your thing, St. Petersburg is home to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and the Tampa Bay Rowdies, an ASL Championship team. Just across the bridge, you can catch the Tampa Bay Lightning, our Stanley Cup winning hockey team and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the 2021 Super Bowl Champions.

And if you’re visiting for the arts, you’re in luck. There are many concerts and live entertainment available at The Mahaffey Theater, The Palladium, The Colosseum, and Janis Landing as well as many of St. Petersburg’s local bars and restaurants.
