AMENITIES provided for guest use: paper towels, toilet tissue, bathroom spray, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee filters, sugar/sweetener, sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags.
Feel free to use any log-ins you have for streaming subscription use on the smart TVs (no cable).

KITCHEN provides filtered water dispenser and automatic ice maker (part of fridge), blender, dishwasher, pots/pans/baking sheets, lobster pot, higher quality cooking utensils, seafood tools, and coffee bar. We also include essentials like salt/pepper, some spices, and non-stick spray.

BACK PATIO has conversational seating, patio lights, and beautiful hydrangeas (a Cape Cod favorite!). There's also a propane fire pit table and outdoor natural gas grill. We ask that fires are never left unattended and that the grill and the fire pit table are not moved around.

Watch the kids play in the YARD from the conversational seating on the patio as they safely get out all their energy and crash at bedtime (don't you wish it was always this easy?!).

The outdoor BEACH CABINET has beach chairs, a rolling beach cart, outdoor games, and a cooler for guest use. There are also beach towels at the bottom of the bathroom linen closet if you'd like to relax in the sun on the beach.

CENTRAL LOCATION:
You will find that West Yarmouth is a great central location to enjoy ALL the Cape has to offer. Convenient to route 28, route 6, the ferries, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path) and bike rentals, the dinner train, motor boat and kayak rentals (and right in the middle of Cape Cod)...any part of the Cape can become a day trip!

For your convenience, we offer self check-in via coded door lock. No keys to worry about losing or keeping on you, and no worries about making a specific check-in time.
