My name is Karl and I bought this new house in 2020. I built a huge pergola in the expansive back yard, where folks can enjoy dinner in the evening.
Why they chose this property
I love the area around the Yuba river and have come up to this area a number of times over the years. This property is located in a secluded cul de sac and was only built in 2020. It has a large Smart TV, entertainment system and Alexa commands for a lot of the functions such as blinds, lights, music etc.. It sits on 2 acres and has a large back yard for kids to play as well as a new BBQ to grill on.
What makes this property unique
Quiet at the back of a cul de sac. It's two mins walk to the dog park and the leisure park behind the house. It's only 10 mins to Grass Valley and 12 Mins to Nevada City. It's also 15 mins to the beautiful Yuba River.
There are restaurants only a 5 minute drive and the Nevada County Fairgrounds 12 mins away.
